- December 7, 20201 out of 5Set an appointment at 11, arrived and waited for 20 minutes to be checked in. Then my appointment was erased off the queue because we had not been checked in. Total waste of time! The wait for walk-ins had to be 30+ minutes plus all the time they spend hooking everything up. Not one customer was done being taken care of while we stood and waited. We were 100% ignored even after making an appointment. I feel sorry for those who walked in. We will try a different location next time, or switch carriers if this is how they all work.
Edit: After spending $500+/month with ATT (TV/Internet/Phone) for the past 6 years, their only response is a pathetic "I apologize" response to this message. No attempt to contact us... just a generic apology.
