I was EXTREMELY unsatisfied with the manager lastnight. Jonathan was rude and his customer service was trash!!! I was in the store for 3 hours and left out with a phone I came in the store with on that I paid the bill on yesterday morning that is now OFF. I was in the store for about 30-45 min being serviced when Johnathan approached me and my kids ,along with the Hispanic family beside us that was also getting help, and proceeded to tell us that we need to go sit in the car because they were over capacity. Now mind you I’m already being helped so y do me and my kids that have already been in the store for quite some time need to leave and sit in the car while others that are coming in can walk around because they over capacity NEVER in my life of COVID has anybody told me to leave cause they over capacity when I’ve already been in the store. I was trying to switch from boost to AT&T but my account was flagged as “fraud”. I told them I wasn’t leaving the store til they ported my number back over to the phone I came in with so I can proceed to use my boost that I paid the bill on, they sat there and told me they couldn’t port it over and that if I wanted service with them I had to go port my number back over at another company and then come to them. They also told me if I don’t lort my number in that I will loose a number that I’ve had for YEARSSSSSS. While sitting there mad because I’m leaving with a phone off but came in the store with that phone on and was told there was nothing else they could do but I can use wifi on my phone 😡I have 5 kids at home with NO PHONE NO TYPE OF COMMUNICATION and now I have to use wifi to use my internet but can’t call out unless I FT somebody! This is the WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had and I will be calling Corporate!!!!! - November 11, 2020
