    Store on Sam Ridley in Smyrna, TN. Rudest employee I have ever met. Young guy name Quency or Cassie, I wouldn’t know because when I asked his name he barely spoke. He knew someone was going to complain on him. I was there with my sister. The guy acted like he didn’t have time for us, literally rolled his eyes at us. Total discriminating toward us. When I asked who the manager was he asked me why I needed to know. I told him because I wanted to know their name. He said do you have a problem. I said is it a problem that I’m asking the manager’s name? He said he’s over there. Still do not know his name. I asked him if he had a problem with us by the way he was acting and he rolled his eyes. I don’t even use ATT. I was coming from Verizon to switch to ATT. When asking questions about plans and fees he said. That’s just the fees. I just wanted to know what I was paying for. Unfortunately, I left there. I refused to be treated that way any longer. I guess reading the previous reviews before going would have saved time by not going to this store. Wow! I’m just shocked by the way we were treated!!! -I’m still with Verizon.

    Been with AT&T for years! We have NEVER had any issues at this store whatsoever! That was until today. While trying to speak to the gentleman employee sitting at the table and trying to explain the promotion that my wife and I received on October 2, (just 3 days ago) he began to interrupt and talk over me so of course I became irritated. Then... here comes a lady wanting to argue as well, so there all 3 of us were talking over one another- i couldn't get a word in edge wise and was told by Jamicka (however its spelled) that "i could either get the phone or get out because this is MY store". First of all- you do NOT talk to a customer in that manner! Its trashy, it made her look and sound uneducated and extremely unprofessional! The ONLY thing that I was trying to do was talk but her and THAT mouth got in the way of that!!! She tried to insult my intelligence about the promotional deal that I got on Friday! Anywho I went back trying to do business with the gentleman (who was also rude and smart mouthed) when she started tying to argue again so I told her that since she told me to get out- she needed to get out of my face! And again, she let me know that it was HER store (in her dreams!) Not On her salary! Jamicka needs some serious training on how to treat and speak to consumers! What I got from this whole ordeal is as follows: a RACIST Black woman telling a White woman to leave her store and providing false advertisement! I called customer service the minute that I left and was told "if jamicka didn't want to be at work today then she should have stayed home!" Followed by "that is totally unacceptable!" Guess what? The customer service representative advised me that she herself is a woman of color and that had someone talked to her like that then she would have felt the same way that I do! I was raised in an era of racist people, yet I'm NOT in anyway a product of that raising! For the love of God and everything Holy, I'm in a same sex marriage so who am I to cast judgment?! I DO NOT CARE what color you are! I raise my children the EXACT Same way! I will NOT just let this go- I was treated unfair, bottom line! Social media is a wonderful thing, and I WILL be posting this EVERYWHERE! TRUST THAT! 😘

    After being asked for license, full social, he had to get manager. Manager again wanted license and wife cell number but still did not have knowledge to activate phone. Went to Murfreesboro, only asked for license and last four social, NO problems, thanks again Murf, shame on you Smyrna.( life long customer to bellsouth)

    I went to the store located 598 Sam Ridley Pkwy W, Smyrna, Tennessee today.

    I spoke to an associate named Pete or Peter and advised that I was interested in purchasing the galaxy fold out right. He proceeded to tell me that it was the company's policy to not allow the sales of cellular devices unless they were under the installment plan and I was not allowed to purchase the phone at full price.

    Perhaps it was the clothes I was wearing or even the color of my skin but it was obvious that he did not believe I was able to make the purchase of the phone at it's full price. This was asserted to me when he went to speak to his manager and upon his return he asked me what I did for a living. Which of course is non of his business.

    I asked the manager if I was able to purchase the phone out right and he shook his head signaling his manager to back his lies because make no mistake, he deliberately lied to a loyal customer.

    After a moment they advised me that their store did not have the phone and other stores near them were also out of stock. I asked them what store did have it and they told me a store in Nashville Tennessee did. I traveled to Nashville and I was able to purchase the phone.

    When I asked why Pete from the Smyrna Tennessee would say that it was not allowed to purchase the phone he advised me that it was a lie. I am a loyal customer of your service, I would advice you to correct this issue for I believe AT&Ts integrity is at risk with such employees who blatantly lie to customers and waste their time. One resource that I have which is finite is my time, and I'm not able to recoup it.
