On July 8, 2021 my 78 year old dad, also an AT&T customer for over 20
Years, went to the AT&T store at
501 Alta Mere Dr Suite 1001, Fort Worth, TX 76114.
He had received his new phone in the mail and needed help setting it up. The first time he went into this location, the girl working the front area, told him “she couldn’t help him” so he went home, thinking he’d go back later when someone else was there that could help him.
So he returned later on the same day, and told them when he walked in what he was there for and took a seat waiting to be helped.
The manager, Cody Calloway, told him, “I can’t help you and if you don’t leave I’ll have to call the POLICE to take you out of here for disrupting my customers”. My dad never said a word, he was just waiting for the salesman to finish with his current customer thinking he’d be next. So he left. UNACCEPTABLE! & SHAME ON YOU MR. AT&T STORE MANAGER Cody Calloway for not having the time, patience or decency to help a customer of 20 years set up his new cell phone or explaining why you couldn’t help him. WHO DOES THAT??
Who is discourteous to an elderly person needing help with his AT&T phone at an AT&T store ??
BECAUSE that’s what you’re there to do…evidently not!!! You chose to be curt & brusque to him!!
You obviously have ZERO care for CUSTOMER SERVICE!

RUDE manager and employees! I was not greeted by any of the 3 employees there, the store was empty. All of them were on their phones and barely looked when we came in. Had this been an isolated experience, I would not complain. There are people who would love to have their jobs, and I'm sure anyone could demonstrate better customer support than the employees of the Alta Mere store. Will NEVER return to this store, clearly these individuals need to be fired or remedially trained. Iys seems these emp;oyees only are lazy and unethused when helping people of color. I observed other interactions with other customers and this behavior appears to be racially selective. This store does not meet the level of service and support I've learned to expect from AT&T. They should work for Verizon they would fit right in. - October 31, 2019

I dissapointed about the service! I bought a prepaid card for 50$ and the just have put the card into my mobile router but not given me the PUK or PIN code.
So the card is absolutely useless and I spent 50$ for heaven.
Would never go again to this store!!!

spoke to rep about getting ads removed from phone.This was the 1st time I'd used smart switch,so I assumed that's how it got on the new one.I was told "You probably put it on there when you transferred files." Like I said, I already figured that out.I was told to go to Samsung Experience if I didn't want to factory reset and wipe my phone.I went there(15-20 miles away),only to be told"When AT&T can't figure it out, they send you to us. Usually we have the same answer." Normally I would recommend this AT&T store highly, but after the dealings with this rep, I think I'll just recommend a different rep.
