    The service in this store is awful. Normally when you walk into a store someone greats you with a tablet ask for your name and places you on a list. They were busy it appeared to have two workers a couple of people ahead of us so we sat down and waited. Looked up and there were names on the monitor. So I asked a couple sitting next to us if they were on this waiting list. They said yes but you have to ask someone to be on the list. So I approached an employee to ask if we needed to be on the waiting list. He said very rudely “ yes you do but you need to wait because we are very busy”. I asked him how we were supposed to get on the list and wait if someone like him with an att shirt on didn’t put us on the list. So he again said they were busy I told
    My husband we are leaving. I have never had such rude service. If I could put no stars I would.

    The service here is awful. The people didn't set up my new phone right and when I went back for help they said they couldn't help me that I had to call Apple. What good is buying a phone in person if they are unable to provide setup help. And why do the stores have local phone numbers when they are all answered by the same recording as the 1-800 number. Useless.

    Honestly this places deserves 0 stars. Awful customer service, I have been a user of AT&T for over 20 + years. Never have I ever had a complaint until now. Went in with a I phone 7 plus, cracked screen and the tough screen didn't work anymore. Asked the sales rep. Told him what was happening with my phone and made it clear I wanted to make sure I can transfer everything over since I have stuff back from 2015. He said that's no problem. (He never asked about my iCloud yet.) Asked what phone I was thinking about getting. I asked for I phone 8 plus. My mistake starts here. I paid for the phone cause he stated I have to do that now before we can transfer. Luis the sales rep helping me. Takes out the new phone and starts setting it up. Ask me to put in my iCloud info. Turns out I didn't have anything back up since 2016. I asked him is there a way he can back it up. He said no. I would have to take my old phone go get the screen fixed and then I could come back and he can switch it over. I said well if that's the case I do not need a new phone. He then said well since now it's a return it's a $45 charge restocking fee. (Return after only just bought the phone 15 mins ago) None of this made since and I asked why didn't we figure out if it was backed up before this. He then got really upset cause I was questioning him. I called my mother who is the main contract holder to see what we should do. Luis then was angrier. He stated we were just trying to make him wrong when we were just asking for him to be more clear why the $45 charge fee and why couldn't he see if it was backed up before the purchase. When we asked for him to show us that he couldn't back it up, he stated "Why would I do that when I already know the outcome, since your screen touch sensor doesn't work. I know it won't work." We then questioned why wasn't this all said before you even started setting up. We asked for a manager and this is when his body language as a sales rep was awful. He began to role his eyes, push his head backwards and laugh. He shoved his card (managers) in my bag handed me the bag and said he will be in Monday and you can call, goodbye and walked off. AT&T on 1488 has lost my trust, I advise using another location.

    We bought 3 new iphone 10's and traded my daughters cell phone in. The reps did not tell us that in order to access icloud on my daughters new phone we would need the 6 digit code that was texted to her old phone. They factory reset her phone right in front of us and took it. So now my daughter has a brand new cell phone but cannot access icloud. So now she has no apps, none of her pictures or contacts. Apple said it could take up to a month to get this issued resolved.
