Do not go to this store if Claudia is on duty and expect anything but mid-level service. The first time we went to this she asked us what we needed very well but when we told her what services we wanting to set up she advised that she didn't have time because she needed to do training and would take a while. Thanks for setting the standard for a long transaction. After being there for 4 hrs. The most she did do was ask did we mind changing one of the numbers (which was a bad idea and part of the distrustion) she walked around this cube store watching the young man struggle with customer service rep issues and getting our request taken care of (Mind you she claims to be management). She complemts my fiance for his patients (which now seem fake). We get our equipment that was available and wait for the rest in the mail and we have our accounts. We go back because the young man made a mistake and good ol' 5 min Claudia is there and she did what she does best asked what we needed with a tight jaw but she didn't help us another gentleman did another 4 hr day trip in att due to slow CS on the phone and we are out again. Now mind you no one is in the best energy where they are paying for a service we are not reducing but at this point have we have been successfully billed over 500 with no resolution and these are with promotions. Fast forward to today where we have been bill another 500 and have equipment on our account and he goes to the store with my 10 yr old daughter and good ol' Claudia was on time to punch in and another lady and they end up having it out verbally and Claudia threatening to call the police because he matched her and the young lady negative energy based on Claudia pre-judgement of my fiance dealing with things AT&T is promising and suppose to train their employees and management to do correctly. My issue is that with or without me that knows how to act in public let alone he would never put our kids in harm's way but if you don't know how to do something say you are not able to perform certain services. We looked over everything before going to the store so he knew what he was asking for but because you assumed we were difficult people because you can't handle longer than 5-minute issues you put my daughter and fiance in danger and I say that because once you paint anybody as hostile then call the police you are sending people in on a precaution. Let alone you are putting a child in a scary situation because she doesn't know what is going on so maybe At&T needs to get their management/ acting management training on reading billing and escalation versus upgrading people to blazers from T-shirts just because they have a degree or what ever qualifications she has. My fiance went to another store and the man confirmed we are being charged for equipment that we didn't receive and Claudia shouldn't have changed the number and the young lady and she was wrong they are not just going to credit the money back when they see the error in billing it has to be requested. if it is 5 minutes nothing major Claudia is our girl but hard stuff wait for someone else to come in or go to another store. - March 22, 2021

Great personal service! Brandon Camp went out of his way to provide superb service replacing a cell phone for us today. We had walked out of the AT&T corporate store in Plano after the sales person there said she couldn't or wouldn't transfer the phone contacts. Brandon happily transferred them in a flash and made sure the phone was charged & working properly. Highly recommend this AT&T Store at Coit and Campbell, and of course, Brandon! - February 12, 2020

Savanah provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I need to ship my old phone and did not know an additional passcode to erase everything in my phone. She had a very smart mouth and I don’t care attitude. She stated, I shouldn’t take my frustration out on her because I didn’t know my code.”
