    Yesterday around 06:11 pm I called the Westover Hills location to find out the stock on the Galaxy Smartwatch 3. According to the AT&T website they had ONE left in stock. I am not sure who answered the phone but after a brief hold, he told me that there were TWO Galaxy Smartwatches available. I told him I was about 10-15 minutes away. The store was a little crowded when I got there. Ruben came up to me and asked what I needed help with. I said that I needed to buy a Samsung Galaxy Smartwatch 3. Before I could finish, he replied, “We are out of those”. I said, “I just got off the phone with someone who said you had two in stock”. Ruben then, implying that he was the person on the phone, said “Oh I thought you meant iPhones.” HOW could you get those two confused?! It was not until after I asked for his name that he suddenly had the urge to assist me and asked me again what I was looking for. I used to work in retail, so I know the feeling of someone walking in before closing but I was not the guy who refused a sale just because I wanted to go home a little earlier. I had to get a babysitter to go out there just to be turned down by Ruben because he could not handle processing my order even though I got there 30 minutes before closing.
    To management:

    According to Google reviews AND the AT&T website, it looks like this is not the first complaint against Ruben this year. I already called AT&T to process my order. It would have saved me a lot of time and headache to get this done in-store. Usually, when I walk into an AT&T store and they are out of stock they suggest ordering it for me in store. Ruben made it very clear that his #1 priority was getting out of there at 7:00 pm.

    Told me I was going to get a 128GB but I just found out on my payment plans that I’m now paying for 256 GB, and the price between to two makes a difference in the bill !Don’t go here

    Just walked in because I purchased earbuds today and they were not working. I walked into the store and was met by Ruben who did nothing to try and fix problem. He just returned payment and when I asked him to see what other locations had them because they had none he said Alamo Ranch but would not call to place a pair on hold till I drove there. Instead his response was "No I can't its first come first serve" worst service ever. Get rid if him AT&T.

    Christina Vasquez is a remarkable customer service representative, very attentive and efficient person. I’m very picky and indecisive she provided me all the available options I had. She very was patient with me! As well as the manager of the store very pleasant. Never have I received this type of customer service !! 😬

    Went in on May 7th to see why my promotion I got told in November was going to be applied to my bill. I transferred service and did a trade in as well which I was told would pay for my phone and Id just pay my service. The gentlemen told me that he went ahead and spoke to his boss who spoke to his boss for it to be fixed and told me it’d be fixed. I go to pay my WiFi bill and see my wireless bill now says i am $536 past due. So again, I go to AT&T and bring it up and am pretty pissed. They tell me they left a message for their higher up cause they had a family emergency. Cool. I’m a patient person. So then I’m told they would give me a call letting me know it’s fixed. Nothing. So again I go into AT&T just to be told “they didn’t call you?” No. No one has called me. “Okay well I wrote your number down and I’m going to get ahold of my bosses, I’ll personally call you”. So again being pushed away, however I actually got a call that I missed cause work stating that I got approved for the credit just give it 24-48 hours. So here I am now receiving non stop text about a past due payment of $536 and getting emails stating my service will be shut off. I have never had such a hard time with a phone company. I came to AT&T from sprint for better service, but even they have never put me through anything like this.
