    I have been a customer of AT&T for over 25 years.I have paid by bill in full on time every month for the duration of that time.However on Friday I had a problem with my phone and stop by on friday to have the problem looked at.I was greeted by a young guy who at the point of entering the store did not say how can I help or how is your day sir but instead he rudely ask where my mask was and I told him I did not have one and even if I did I was not wearing it.He informed me that they could not service my phone without a mask being worn.As he preceded to go to the back and talk to the manager he came back and told me they could take care of my problem just inside the front door which meant standing there for however long.First of all the mandate is over mask are optional according to Gov. Abbott.Because of that I did fill that I was required to wear a mask and I don't think AT&T has the right to tell me what to do.The gentlement informed me after talking to his manager that they could help me right inside the door now this was after they had told me they could not help me inside the store and I would have to step outside for help.The amount of my monthly phone bill gives me the right to come in and sit down in the cool and be waited on not outside in the heat.Also after having two help replacement surgeries in the past 18 months on the same hip apparently means nothing to these people.All AT&T wants to do is make a show with this mask thing.I know they don't care I plan on making a show by going to another phone service.If AT&T can't be respectful and train their employees better then I will not do business with them.By the way I have had the covid shot.Boycott AT&T

    Mitzy was so helpful! I went for a curbside pick up close to closing time and I had an issue with getting the phone but she stayed until the problem was resolved! She provided great costumer service!

    GoPhone (prepaid) users, don't even bother going to this store. Went to replace my phone. After the rep talked around the subject for 10 minutes, she finally stated that she could not sell me a phone outright. What??? After leaving for another store, what I came to realize is that this is a franchise store. They have their own rules. And the reps are programmed to say everything but the truth - the store wants nothing to do with Prepaid users. Don't bother going, drive only a couple of miles further to the Broadway store, which is what an AT&T store SHOULD be. I've been a Prepaid customer for roughly 20 years.
