Jason was absolutely fantastic in assisting me with numerous detailed requests that had nothing to do with me spending money or buying new phones, etc. (I already own numerous phones and numbers via AT&T). After being through a really rough patch over the past six months, and AT&T "staying patient" with me, I'm finally in recovery mode and doing better every day. If I hadn't had cellular service with AT&T through two months of homelessness, I would've never made it out to the other side. The connection I made with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs was an eye-opener for me - and without communication capabilities via my cellular phones, I would've literally been stranded and lost. NOW - "and I can't make this stuff up," from being homeless for two months, I'm back on the verge of relocating my company to the Northern Virginia area from Charlotte, NC metro area...I digress. Jason was professional, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, supportive, and provided me some additional education I needed to help me maximize/optimize usage of my phones. I wish I'd made the move to AT&T years ago - I was with Verizon all the way back to Bell Atlantic Mobile NYNEX - so like 26-27 years - and I've had more and better service from AT&T in 6-7 months than I had from Verizon in 26-27 years. horrible service, bought 2 phones here for my wife and i, now i have a problem they wont text pictures...went up to the store for some help...got nothing ...we dont know anything about those phones....never asked what model phone, my name phone number nothing before all 3 of them decided they didnt know anything about the problem....everyone was real helpful when i was spending almost 2000 dollarsResponse from AT&TFebruary 12, 2021I apologize that you had this type of experience Dennis but thank you for bringing this to our attention. Discriminated against because of a medical condition. I have a condition that does not accommodate the wearing of a mask. I explained that to the employee who told me I must leave the store. Clear violation of the ADA.
