First they told me I could get one phone for a certain amount, then they didn't have it because it was on hold. Talked me into another phone. Then they told me they'd hold the last one, then sold it. Then when I called to confirm, they said they didn't have any deals on that phone after already saying they did. Told me I had to upgrade my service or I couldn't buy the phone. When I went in the second time they sold the phone "on hold" for me out from under me. Then tried to charge me more for the other phone. It was very frustrating and the staff was incredibly rude. I left intending to change my provider. Horrible customer service all around. Bate and switch and nasty rude! Ended up going to a different location...what a difference! Took a payment in for my father and had a rotten experience. Your associate, Beau, needs to get more customer service training and pay attention. He kept asking me what my relationship to the account holder was even though I repeated that I was a daughter multiple times. Then he kept saying it was a third party check even though I explained that it was my father's check. Which anyone could tell from looking at it. The two leads/managers were very helpful. Glad I switched to Consumer Cellular and don't have to deal with bad customer service. - April 18, 2021

My wife and I came into the store on Friday for some troubleshooting on our phones and account. The staff went above and beyond to help us. They even allowed us to go to dinner next door and delivered our phone there. Very impressed and would recommend this team to anyone needing service! Long time customer, and goodbye. Was asked to wait in my car which is completely understandable. Gave them my full name, phone number, and make an model of my car so they could contact when ready. 3 people in front of me and 47 minutes went by, then they started letting people in that came after me. I went into the store and they said they couldn't find me(there was 4 cars in the lot). I was calm and composed and I'm guessing the floor lead ushered me right in.
I told her I wanted to add a line for my significant other and get her a new phone. She was very distracted by everything going on around her, didn't know the pricing of the phones, didn't know the current upgrade offers, didn't give me any information to take with me, and less than 5 minutes of her time.
