    One of the worst customer services. I got an offer as a loyal customer. I ordered and selected this store for pickup. After multiple calls with ATT support and after their directions, I went to this store. Employees said they have issue with program, they cannot honor the service and he was dimissive and moved on to the other customer. It is horrible experience

    I am from out of state. I broke my phone while in the area and wasn't coming home for two weeks. Our plan has insurance, so I went into the Issaquah AT&T Store. I was told I couldn't use the insurance and it was a waste having it. I was also told that if I tried to use the insurance, a new phone would have to be shipped to our home address out of state, telling me they could not have it shipped anywhere else. I was unable to pick out the same type phone and had to first, pay off the phone I had, over $300, then purchase a new phone, over $1,000. On top of that, they told me they could not transfer any of the data from the old phone onto the new one. I even lost my Facebook Account, as the employee put in a wrong e-mail address on my account.
    Once home, my husband and I went to the local AT&T store, who informed us how full of it the Issaquah store was, and everything could have been handled there. Our local store then took care of us. First, having us fill out an insurance claim, to have a new phone shipped here, which I had to change the address on file, then bring the new phone in, with the one I got from Issaquah and start the return process. Our local store saved us over $800 by doing this. Paying the insurance deductible and the broken phone off is all we had to do as an end result. To say we are not happy with AT&T, especially the way I was treated in Issaquah, is an understatement. Changing our phone carrier is an option we are now considering. This should have never happened. Shame on the Issaquah Store.
    And all the data from my old phone was transferred over to my new one here.
