    Wish I could give zero stars. My cell service has not worked for weeks. After 2 calls with tech support, I was told to go into a store to get a electronic SIM voucher. When I told this clerk that, he said he didn't know what that was, then repeated 4 times, "we don't call it that, we call it an ESIM". After the 4th time he said it, I asked him to stop being an a**hole because I just needed to get my phone working and was using the words I was told by the call center to use. He said that he "didn't have to help me" and I said "that's fine, I can go somewhere else." However, things calmed down and he went about trying to "help". (I should have gone elsewhere.) Basically he told my my account was flagged as fraudulent and I had to get it cleared before it would work again. These were lies as I verified on the phone with tech support immediately after. What a terrible representative for the company. I am amazed this person still has a job, but I guess companies are desperate.

    Poor customer service. I came in yesterday around 3. No one was in the store. The rep was in back. I think his name was Josh. He was unfriendly. no kind greeting,no smile. He was quite negative about my problem and not helpful. As a CSR he could show a little enthusiasm. A smile and a little kindness go a long way. Josh should find a different line of work.

    Went in to buy 12 pro with the better camera and was sold just the normal 12. I walked out of the store with what I thought it was a 12 pro with a good camera. When I got home my phone had serious connection issues and Safari would not work. Platform charger would not work either. The following day after that after charging my phone all night long the phone battery drain with in four hours. I only had a few items open And it still was draining the battery. Took my phone back and I explain to them what was going on and they gave me every excuse in the book as so they wouldn’t replace the phone. I said well I’m not happy with the pictures on this phone you said that they were supposed to be better. They responded well that’s the 12 pro. I said I thought I got the 12 pro and he said no you got the 12. I wanted to exchange it for the 12pro. Customer service agent said you can do that but we don’t have any in stock. I said well how can I pay for the phone and order it and then when it comes in pick it up he said well you’d have to leave us your phone. So that’s where the deal started to really go sideways. Since the phone was not working properly he said my only option was to leave them my cell phone and wait until the 12 pro came in. I said that I don’t think the AT&T would be happy to know that their customer is completely without a phone how can that be that you would do something like that? Would AT&T be happy knowing that their customer is on call at the hospital and has patients to take care of but you’re making me give you my phone? Well he went and talk to his manager. He came back and said yeah that’s what we have to do! I was very adamant that I was very unhappy customer. I left the store and called AT&T customer retention services. As US military service member I expected better care from AT&T as a loyal customer (over a decade). I also had called all PDX and Vancouver stores/ found out from other stores “none of the stores have the 12 pros in to buy in retail all the customers have to order the phone.” So anyone who wants to 12 pro phone house to order the phone. Other customers who are already AT&T customers with 8s phones like I did....Why aren’t they being demanded to send all their cell phones into AT&T prior to getting in the12 pro phone. Store didn’t offer to order that 12 pro phone even if I paid out right for it while keeping the 12 phone that he originally sold me. Why did they push off the regular 12 phone on me. Well it’s pretty obvious it was a phone because it didn’t work! I will be contacting Apple to make sure it’s a valid phone not a knock off. Their statement “I had to give them that my AT&T phones so that they could get a 12 pro phone” ...it was just BS and discrimination they’re not making every AT&T person at home hand in their AT&T phone so they can get a 12 pro phone. I feel I was blatantly discriminated against and treated horribly as a female customer and US military service member. I was stairway away from AT&T iPhone deals. I would if I had to do it again I would switch carriers and get an iPhone from another carrier and not AT&T retail store especially one that lies to their customers. Well at the store I heard the guy that was helping me tell somebody on the phone that he would have to check with his manager. And then the call got disconnected. The sales person was in front of me this whole time. The person called back (same person have been talking to about a phone issue )and he said oh yeah I check with my manager your phone is too old for that and he hung up on the customer. I was standing with him the whole time he didn’t check with his manager about anything... so I knew right then that I was dealing with ATT people that were UNETHICAL AND unfortunately Dishonest.
