    My 3G phone was deactivated because it was an old phone. I spent a couple days calling AT&T to rectify this problem. I spoke to 5 different people. I was constantly put on hold with all of them who were supposedly speaking to their managers about this problem. I wasted so much time on this issue with AT&T. Finally, the last person told me they could not reactivate my phone number and I might have to get a new number or I should go to my local AT&T store to see if they could help out. Needless to say - I did not want a new phone number. I went to this store and Lee (who is the manager of the store) listened to my problem and said that was unacceptable and he would help me. He called AT&T himself and worked through the problem with someone there. He also was put on hold so many times, but patiently waited and tried to assist other customers and his employees while he was on hold. This was on a Saturday so the store was very busy! He juggled it all with a very positive attitude. Lee finally was able to get my original phone number activated and I was so thankful. You are very lucky to have such a devoted person like Lee who worries about customer satisfaction. He is a real asset to AT&T.

    My phone was deactivated because it was a 3G phone. I called ATT to try to order a new phone and get my number activated again. I spoke to 5 different people and no one could solve my problem. I finally went to this store and worked with the Manager named Lee on this problem. He was very patient, kind and supportive. He called ATT and was able to work with them and get my phone number reactivated again. He was put on hold by ATT numerous times and in between was answering questions from his employees and greeting customers who were walking in. I guess what I am trying to say is that Lee is a huge asset to your company and you are lucky to have him. I had no phone for 3 days because of this problem and he was the only person who would take the time to help me. Great customer service! Great Manager!!

    Horrible at this location! My husband got a Galaxy Z fold 3 and after 10 days a black line appeared down the center of the screen and only one side of the screen worked. So he went to this location as that is where the phone was purchased and after waiting an hour all they did was ask of the was insurance on the phone threw him a pamphlet and said because it’s Samsung we cannot do anything to help you. What!!!!! 10 day old phone goes bad and you cannot do anything. We called at & t when we got home and spoke to a very friendly Max and told us that we are under the buyer remorse program because the phone was only 10 days old and that location should swapped out the phone. He asked us to go back the next day and we did and guess what the same thing happened!!! They would not help us at all and dismissed us. The manger at this location is named Lee and needs to fired, he’s not nice and very rude and provided zero customer service and did not even stand behind the product the company he works for sells!! So we were sent home again with no solution and had to all At &t again. Long story short we found a different location of AT&T and they actually helped us and within an hour we had resolution and my husband had a new phone. Why this other location where Lee is manger could not do it but this location could is beyond me and I will never do business at that location again. You would think with price of phones and the amount of money customers spend when something goes wrong there would be some compassion shown. Not at that location at all!

    Greetings, on 6/11/2021 at 17:45 my sister and I were pleased and relieved to be warmly greeted by Mr. Pepe after the humiliation we had just received from the ATT store at 5075 S. 76 street. Pepe was cordial and not only addressed our need for the transference of info from the old phone to the new phone, he resolved our problem. Pepe is exceptional at what he does. We feel management needs to recognize that they have Pepe as a valuable asset in their possession and should reward Pepe monetarily for his work of excellence. Because of the service he provided, we will now only go the ATT store on 4739 S.76 street. We will tell all our friends to go there as well. Thanks Pepe for taking such good care of my sister and I. We left the store satisfied and well pleased with the service rendered. An experience most fulfilling especially after the rudeness and humiliation we had received from the other ATT store minutes before coming to your store. This is heartfelt when we say, "We can't thank you enough.Thank you."
