Gateway
The quickest way to get your Wi-Fi® name and password is from your 5G Gateway. Look for a label on the bottom of the device. It will have your default Wi-Fi details.
Admin portal
From a device connected to your gateway:
- Sign in to the Internet Air web admin portal.
- Open Network and select Wi-Fi.
- Scroll to see your Wi-Fi name and password.
You can change your default Wi-Fi® info in just a few steps. From a device connected to your 5G Gateway:
- Sign in to the Internet Air web admin portal.
- Open Network and select Wi-Fi.
- Enter a custom:
- Wi-Fi Network Name (SSID)
- Wi-Fi Password
- Select Save.
FYI: If you change your Wi-Fi name or password, make sure you update the connection info for any devices that were previously connected.
The 5G Gateway comes with default Wi-Fi security settings. You can update or change yours as needed. From a device connected to your gateway:
- Sign in to the Internet Air web admin portal.
- Open Network and select Wi-Fi.
- Scroll and select Security Setting.
- Choose your option from the menu.
- Select Save.
