AMAZING
The device worked perfectly my wife got it for me for christmas. I've noticed the mechanical functions less in the cold up here in AK but if I warm up my car before I use the device it functions perfectly. I would highly recommend this to anyone who drives and listens to music.

DONT BUY - Falls off in warm temperatures and ruin
It works fine for a little bit but once it starts to get a little warm the heat from dashboard melts loosens the seal and it easily falls off. HORRIBLE for the environment because everyone of these purchased are probably thrown away. The easy fix is to sell the small rubber piece at the bottom to replace which would extend product life significantly.
Pro tip: If you have had under a year go back to ATT and they will replace it. All I wanted to do was buy a new sticky part replacement for theVe más

Great For Phones Other Than Encased ZFold5

I am not digging this charger for the Samsung Galaxy Z-Fold 5. The hold on the phone is too loose for this heavy phone and it fell out repeatedly while driving. The product as a whole rocks, though. I love the way it grips the phone as it senses its presence. Cool feature! I think it would be perfect for other phones.

Constantly falls

I purchased this over a month ago. Initially it wouldn’t charge or automatically grip my iPhone while it was in its charger. Then it started working. However, now it constantly falls off the vent. The clip for the vent loosens up and the whole thing falls. This has happened several times while I’m driving, and my phone screen cracked when it fell. I would not recommended purchasing this product at all.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: I purchased this product about a week ago and worked well up until 2 days ago. When I put the phone on the charger it will randomly grip and ungrip and charge and stop charging while I’m driving. When I remove my phone there is a flashing red light under.

- A: Hi @Alan36, The only thing I can think of is the phone is not aligned properly. By chance, did anything change? For example, did you get a new case?
