Very good battery. the ball for navigation gets stuck sometimes. freezes rarely. the display could be better. bad camera and video recorder. bad music display. very durable.

It's a good phone, just won't charge no more, tried up to 5 different chargers.

I love this phone and would totally recommend this phone to a friend I can do so much on this phone not always being at home able to access this internet any where I have service is awesome. The battery life on this phone way awesome to since I'm not home and don't always have my charger I can go almost three days or so without having to charge it depending on what I'm doing on it for those few days.

Frustrating...

The only thing I liked was the case color. Text & email were easy, as long as you didn't do both at the same time. Always backing out to exit from Apps to prevent "locking up". I will never use another Blackberry product again.
