Excellent phone but wimpy charger
I got this phone for my wife who had never used a smart phone before. The phone itself is excellent, surprisingly good build quality and the sd expansion makes it nice. It seemed to have more bloatware than I was used to - I had to deactivate more than a dozen apps that were preloaded. I also had to force all the google updates - it didn't seem to recognize it needed it - but they update regularly now. The phone runs smooth and flawless and I have never noticed any lag. It came with a micro usb Ve más

Major let down
I switched from my s3, told this was an upgrade, major downgrade.. Phone randomly dies while at at least 30%. Worst phone I have ever owned. So many issues in general with device.

Battery died before payments finished
Battery is died on installment payment 20 out of 30. This isn't an easy battery to change out and was told it basically can't be changed out. So now I need to get a new phone while still paying this one off.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: This is first gen. moto g -it was a great affordable phone a year ago, but lacked 4g/lte support, which is supported on this model. As with most phones now, Motorola ruined the 2nd gen. model by making it huge.
