Poor battery life, severe lack of useful apps...
After 8 months of light/moderate use, the battery requires charging nightly. Problem is, though it indicates charge in progress, sometimes 8 hour charge only increases 50%. Basic apps work fine, but not the useful variety found with Apple and Android products. MS Mobile Office Outlook does not work with AT&T/Yahoo mail accounts. Nokia App Store products are not compatible with any Lumia phones. On the positive side, the phone works well and the display is good. I would not recommend this phone to anyone...
Prosgood display.
Conspoor battery/charger., lack of useful apps., outlook doesn't work with at&t email.
No, I do not recommend this product.

not bad

This is a good phone. I have purchased two. I love the live tiles and Windows Operating system my only issue is that when trying to use text messaging the phone switches to the Bing search engine or talk to text function automatically. When I finally get it back to text it lets me type a few letters and switches again. At first I thought it was just my device but then the second device began doing the same thing. Other than that I love the phone and all it has to offer.

Q: Is this a good phone? How is the battery life?
1 Answer
A: Its a great phone! The battery life is great, probably 9 hours up time, and probably 100 or more down time. Windows Phone is amazing. I switched from an iPhone, and ill never go back. Apps are growing rapidly, has most of the legacy apps you'd find on android and iPhone, and Nokia loves their customers! I'd say go for it.

Q: Does the screen break easily?
Like an iPhone breaks within a couple drops in a week -_-
Would this phone be a good pick?
1 Answer
A: Any smartphone, regardless of manufacturer, is going to eventually break if you keep dropping it. That said, if you are more worried about the durability of the screen than the functions of the phone itself, you can purchase several type of cases that will help protect the phone, regardless of which phone you purchase. If you are considering this phone, which is a great phone, I would wait until late Oct., early Nov., and get the Nokia Lumia 920. Read reviews on that one, it will do more than an iPhone, and is more stable and faster than any Andriod phone you can buy.

Q: do u get the app store
1 Answer
A: Yes, you do get the "app store" on the Nokia Lumia 900. It's just named the Windows phone marketplace. If you mean the "app store" that's on the iPhone's operating system iOS then no. However, windows phone marketplace is filled with a variety of useful apps that can be used for everyday task. When you start to use the Nokia Lumia 900 you will see the application called Marketplace, for downloading other apps.
