Unwanted

I have had this phone for only 4 months and I hate it! It likes to freeze, the battery life is short, charging it takes a good hour, when i put a password on it likes to turn on and call 911, if you drop it once you automatically have a noticable scratch or more, it takes up way too much room and is way too noticeable in your pocket. If you want a nice phone get a blackberry or some other company. Palm will not make you happy!
Prosease of use, speaker, volume levels
Consbattery life, bulky/heavy, durability, freezes, limited memory, operating system, poor navigation, small keys, software bugs, no games!!!

although people say its hard to figure out, it really isnt. i had no problems with it. i absolutely loved the chat mode on it so that you could see what you had said to person before, it was just like im-ing. the pics were greeaat and the screen was really good quality. oh my goodness! i could text so fast it was amazing :) absolutely loved it. now if you text non-stop like me then your gonna have to recharge it almost every night, but honstely that isnt so bad. overall? an amzingly wonderful phone

the palm centro is a very nice phone but it always kept freezing up on me. and when you put security on you have to be very careful or youll call 911. i called it 1 or 2 times by accident and the people werent too happy about that. on the other hand the camera quality is very nice. plus when youre messaging people it starts a chat which is very handy. typing is kinda hard when you first get the phone but you get used to it quickly.

amazing phone!!

i have had many different phones and this one so far is definately my favorite.the gel keys may be small but they are very easy to get used to. i love how the messages show up in chat form so then you dont have to go back through your inbox to hunt for a message. my one complaint is that i put my phone on lock so that when somebody turns it on they have to enter a code and then somehow my phone kept on unlocking by itself and it called 911 2 or 3 times (the 911 operators were not happy with me at all :-). but this is definately a phone that i would reccomend to anyone. it is super durable' i have dropped it soooooo many times i cant even count and my friends have messed around with it but it has held up super well (i just paint over the scratches with nailpolish that is the same color and you cant even tell that the scratches were ever there!). some people have complained about the touch screen in their reviews but i have not had a problem with that yet. one last thing is that it is VERY easy to use, it has a user guide on the main menu where you can search something that you want to find out how to do and options will pop up. i am 13 and if i can figure out how to use this phone so can you!! (and if it holds up for me it will hold up for you too :-).
