Good for a first timer.

This phone is pretty good. It does not send text messages that often. I constantly have to turn it on and off throughout the day. It gets annoying after awhile. The battery life is not that great and the camera is in the worst spot possible.

I love this phone. It is great for texting. Which I love to do. This is by far the best phone I have ever had. I have 2 kids and they get my phone and drop it and throw it and no scratches or anything on it. The camera is great and very easy to use. I love getting on the internet on this phone. Its so fast and easy to use.

Front touch screen bugs, and bad option set up

The front touch screen leaves a LOT to be desired. The lock feature and the touchy numbers hard to scroll call list. Kind of useless and a bit irritating. The options lists on the inside are extremely frustrating in that I cannot tremove the top three and enter the ones I want. I do not need internet options and want to avoid the phone constantly going to the internet or data when I accidentally press a button or icon that I just want to either remove or turn to inactive. REally frustrating.

I find the phone very easy to use on all the features....I like the clarity of the pictures and the black and white feature. I am older and not up on all the items one can do on the phone but do like having some of the added features....it has a great feel to it and I like the color. One problem I have had with the front touch is that sometimes when you try to hold it on your neck with no hands your face touches the key to end the call...
