Freezes to much to use it

This phone takes a lot of patience. If you don't mind it freezing constantly then it might be a good fit for you. I love the features but it seems to freeze all the time. When I go to make a call it will just say dialing but the phone will never ring. Many times people tell me they called and it went straight to voice mail- my phone never rang and I didn't see the missed call.
I received a replacement which started freezing before I sent the old phone back. This one freezes more often than the last. It is so bad that none of the keys will respond and I had to remove the battery to restart the phone.
It's not worth the missed calls and 3min it takes to make a call when I have to restart the phone. Look elsewhere for a new phone.

this phone is so awsome that i could never give it up or tell a frien because i wouldnt want them to have the same phone as me.

very good and durable phone

this phone is very good if you enjoy texting and you like to take/send pics and videos. very simple to use not very hard at all... one thing that i had to get used to was that the camera is only assessable by the camera button there is no other way. another thing is that the vibrate is obnoxiously loud it is actually quieter when the volume is on one and possibly two at that. i also have had issues were it randomly restarts on me thats kinda of a problem it only takes like 20 seconds im very tolerable and patient so it doesnt bother me.

The Pantech Matrix Pro is the best fone ever! I've had it for about a month and it totally rocks i've dropped it like 5 times and guess what I DROPPED IT DOWN THE CONCRETE STAIRS AT THE BACK OF MY SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the graphic quality is aweesome i would recamend this fone to anybody the only problem is that its a little big and heavy the battery life is great over all this phone is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
