This phone is garbage
This is literally the worst phone I have ever owned. It constantly pocket dials 911 since a recent update. The accidental touch protection only activates while I am intentionally trying to unlock my phone.
The biggest problem is the moisture detection. The tiniest thing will set it off, from a piece of dust to high humidity. The plastic case makes wireless charging impossible so sometimes my phone will be dead for days.

Horrible customer service

Horrible service. Phone never shipped when it was supposed to. Then ATT canceled the order with little or no explianation. They then proceeded to text and email me twice a day for days telling me they had canceled the order.

Worst. Phone. Ever.

The A52 is a terrible phone. It's dialed 911 while in my pocket several times. Samsung's updates repeatedly negate my settings. Not sure if I'm more disappointed in Samsung or AT&T.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I've already had the phone replaced once within a few months of getting it and the replacement phone they sent had the exact same problems.
Absolute waste of money. I'm seriously switching to iPhone after this experience.

Q: Since this phone is shipping from AT&T, does it come with all of the AT&T apps installed? They love to throw in apps that are "helpful" and end up loading your device so that it can barely run. I'm trying to decide whether to order from them, or elsewhere
