Great Features/Durable
I've had this model for about 3 years now and I can't get enough of it! More than enough features and I love the option of having an external micro sd card. No problems with the exterior. It's very durable for someone who is an active user.

Most of my calls are dropped. The one's that aren't dropped have terrible reception.

Screen dies, & then you are SOL - completely!

My screen died all of a sudden - a pure black screen - and now I have no way of accessing all of the personal data that was on it. I hear it running when I charge it up, and the clock alarms I set before it died go off - continuously, but it doesn't show up in File Explorer when hooked to the computer. I can't even find a way to scrub all that personal info off of it, either. Not a good design

- A: Howdy Sapphire69, Thank you for your interest in the Samsung Galaxy S5, I’ll be happy to help! I have looked into this for you and found that the SkyView app requires Android 4.0.3 and up. The Samsung Galaxy comes pre-installed with Android 5.1.
