Does not work with iOS
I firmly believe that stand-alone smartwatches have a bright future. Unfortunately, we’re not there yet.The Urbane 2 LTE is advertised as being a device that can make/receive calls and text messages and connect to the internet without a phone. From AT&T’s website: "Continue to talk and connect while you run errands, work out or walk your dog—all without having to carry your phone.” and "With "OK Google" use your voice to do things like dictate texts, search, and create reminders - even when you'Ve más

Warning! poor fitness device
The watch is comfortable, the large size doesn't bother me at all. Battery life: Take it off the charger at 7am, still 30-50% at 10pm. Pretty good! Connection with phone is reliable, seamlessly flips between BT and WiFi. Notifications work very well.
Lack of a good fitness app is the biggest problem. The included LG Health keeps the data on the watch only and doesn't sync with anything else. Included Google Fit syncs with the web, but it doesn't have running. Apps available on the market have either GPS, heart rate monitor, or sync, but none does everything in a single nice, reliable package. Ability to run outside without my phone was the major reason for my purchase and I am completely disappointed here.

What I've been waiting for!
I purchased this on Monday, 11/16, and have been thoroughly impressed and surprised with this watch. It has it's own phone number and make calls independent of your current phone, or calls can be forwarded from your cell to this until NumberSync is implemented. You can also take calls from your cell on this through Bluetooth if you so desired. The fitment for a standard male wrist is excellent, and is not what I would call overly large. The response time in the Android Wear UI is excellent, with no perceived lag or issues. The battery has lasted me all day and then some, even with playing with it incessantly(being a new gadget). Also, the purchase price for owning it outright is very appropriate and worth every bit of it. Just FYI, since I keep seeing varying answers on it, this watch DOES have GPS built in. If you've been waiting to get a "smart watch" until the level of finish and function without the very obvious "hey I've got a phone on my wrist" look of the Gear arrives, this is your ticket. For reference, I had a Gear S2 Classic for 3 days and returned it for this, the Gear(Tizen) doesn't hold a candle to the feel, function, or integration of this watch or Android Wear.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I firmly believe that stand-alone smartwatches have a bright future. From AT&T’s website: "Continue to talk and connect while you run errands, work out or walk your dog—all without having to carry your phone.” and "With "OK Google" use your voice to do things like dictate texts, search, and create reminders - even when you're away from your phone.” Even though all this is advertised to work with iOS, it doesn't. When this watch loses its bluetooth connection from your iPhone, it loses its connection from the internet. When the bluetooth connection is lost, a small icon showing a cloud with a line struck through it (disconnected from the cloud) appears on the watch. As a result, without your phone, the watch is pretty much capable only of making and receiving calls. You can still receive texts too, but not send them (as this requires voice dictation, which doesn't work without an internet connection).

Q: for the urban second edition will you be abel to change watch bands ?

1 Answer
A: You can change bands with this watch however late in the quality assurance process, LG discovered a hardware issue which can affect day-to-day functionality of the device over time. AT&T is currently not selling the device and there is no timetable on whether we will carry it in the future.
