¿Tienes un nuevo servicio de AT&T instalado? Here are some things you should know to help with the transition.


Confirmación del pedido

Recibirás un resumen de tu pedido, junto con una confirmación de la fecha de activación del servicio o la fecha de instalación del técnico. Asegúrate de que esta información sea correcta.

Here’s an easy way to confirm what plan you have:

  1. Go to your internet account.
  2. Select Manage my internet to see your plan details.

FYI: If you’re interested in AT&T Fiber® or other high-speed internet options, you can change your plan at any time. Los planes están sujeto a la disponibilidad en tu área.

Código de acceso

You'll also get an email or letter with a passcode. Es el mismo código personal que elegiste al pedir tu servicio. Lo necesitarás para registrarte, por lo que asegúrate de tenerlo a mano.

Registra tu servicio de Internet de AT&T

Before your installation day, you can register at att.com/login with your account number and passcode. Keep in mind, your passcode is the one you set up when you placed your service order. You also got an email or letter with your passcode info.

Manage internet service

Use the Smart Home Manage app to view details about your new service.

Autoinstalación

If you’re installing your new service on your own:

  • Track your equipment: Check your email, voicemail, or text for an AT&T message that contains a link to track your equipment.
  • Wait for service activation: Activate your service after 2 p.m. on your service activation date.
  • Install your equipment: Disconnect your DSL equipment and install your new internet equipment using the instructions.

FYI: We recommend professional installation if you have a home alarm or health monitoring system. Call 800.288.2020 to schedule an installation appointment.

Si un técnico instalará tu servicio:

  • Check for appointment reminders. You’ll get email, voicemail, or text messages for appointment reminders. These messages contain the date and time the technician will install your new AT&T service.
  • Be available for the install. The technician will install your new equipment and help you through the registration process if you haven’t already registered. If you need to change your appointment, enter your order or account number to find a time that works for you.

AT&T

You can manage your account online or use the AT&T app. Keep in mind, compatible device and account registration required. Se pueden cobrar tarifas por servicio de datos y mensajes para la descarga y uso de la aplicación.

  • Consulta el estado de tu pedido. Find out where your order is, when your service will start, and what to do afterwards.
  • Check or change appointments. Confirm when your technician will arrive, if we’re installing it. O, si es necesario, reprograma tu cita.

Manage your accounts with one AT&T ID. If you have other AT&T services link them with your new service.

Tus facturas de AT&T

  • Look for your new bill. Once your new AT&T internet service is set up, you'll have a new account. This means you’ll receive a new bill for your upgraded internet service that’s separate from your AT&T DSL and/or home phone service bill.
  • Pay your final bill for any current services if you’re not on AutoPay. You'll receive a final bill for any discontinued services.

Configura Autopay

Make sure to set up new AutoPay arrangements. Also, pay the final bill for your old services.

  • Choose your payment method. Any previous payment methods used for AutoPay arrangements won’t carry over to your new account. Administrar Autopay
