Requisitos de desbloqueo
Se deben cumplir los siguientes criterios para desbloquear un dispositivo AT&T:
- Device bought 60+ days ago: You purchased your AT&T WirelessSM device more than 60 days ago. No está activo en otra cuenta AT&T.
- Dispositivo pagado en su totalidad: Pagaste tu dispositivo en su totalidad al momento de la compra o lo pagaste a través de un plan de pago en cuotas. Antes de desbloquear, el saldo del plan de pago en cuotas debe estar liquidado.
- Dispositivo no reportado como perdido o robado: Tu dispositivo no ha sido reportado como perdido, robado o involucrado en fraude.
- La cuenta es actual: Si eres un cliente actual AT&T, tu factura no puede estar vencida. Ingresa a tu cuenta para efectuar un pago.

Find out if your device is unlocked
If you have an eligible Apple, Samsung, or Google device on an AT&T Wireless plan and it meets all the requirements, it should unlock by itself. Apple Watch is always unlocked.

If you have AT&T Wireless service, sign in to your AT&T account overview and look for your individual device.
Si tu dispositivo está desbloqueado, dirá Device unlocked debajo del número móvil del dispositivo.
iPhone
- Abre Settings, luego selecciona General y About.
- Ve hasta Carrier Lock. If it says SIM locked, your device is locked.
Samsung released before September 1, 2025
Here’s how to check your unlock status:
- Abre Settings en tu dispositivo Samsung.
- Desplázate y selecciona About phone.
- Toca Software information.
- Busca Service provider software version. If the text:
- Ends in ATT/ATT: Your device was originally from AT&T and can be unlocked. Envía una solicitud de desbloqueo.
- Contains ATT but ends in something else: The device was unlocked before coming to AT&T. You’re all set.
- Doesn’t contain ATT: The device isn’t supported by AT&T unlock solutions. You’ll need to contact the original provider.

- Toca Connections y luego, More connection settings.
- Busca Network lock status.
