Learn what to do if your payment is rejected.

About payment rejection

Charges may apply if a payment is returned. Your account may be placed on a cash-only status. Your financial institution may also charge you for non-sufficient funds and returned check fees (check with your financial institution regarding their charges).

If you use online payments and save payment methods for easy payments every month, check to make sure that we have your correct bank or credit/debit card information. Update the information if necessary and resubmit your payment.
