Contact email address update

To change your email address that gets the "Your bill is ready..." emails:

  1. Go to your myAT&T Profile.
  2. Scroll to My linked accounts and select Edit for the account Email.
  3. Follow the prompts to make your changes.
  4. Check your email inbox for an email from us to verify your email address. Don't see an email? Make sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Reasons you may not be getting emails

If you have stopped getting email bill reminders, it may be because:

  • You have a new email address.
  • Your email box may be full.
  • You haven’t signed up for paperless billing.
  • You chose not to receive certain emails. Check your Communication preferences to verify which billing notifications you’re receiving.

Still having email issues? Contact us and describe the situation. Be sure to include as much information as possible: your billing telephone number, your User ID, your current email address, and any previous email addresses.
