Worst customer experience I have ever had. I will be switching to version. My phone was lost\stolen, so after the 4th time of going into this store trying to get a claim filed and a working phone attached to my number. I was told that I should be grateful for the burner phone (that I had to purchase to get by with) because some people don't have a phone and that it was fraudulent for them to help me with the claim that another employee at the same store started for me the day prior, and received zero help.Response from AT&TMarch 14, 2022Hi! Horrific on steroids experience in this store! Purchased barely - a brand new phone. This review is not about the sales clerk who tried to help us as best she could as we couldn't audibly hear her through the masks and shields - store policy of course. (This would be your store if the absolutely ridiculous COVID "safe guards" taken to the extreme is your cup of tea.)
I am not the CDC, or Fauci but I am a local with three nurses and a doctor in our immediate family. You WILL NOT hear this on the news but #1. There is a large population of people (law abiding, respectable people who have dutifully been vaccinated, quarantined and everything else as they were told) who expect to get some normalcy back, salvage what is left of their businesses etc. but instead there is zero changes even though so many already have had COVID - so many refused to report it, so many are vaccinated and at least two drugs have been found to be Very success in treating it. People returning for their 2nd dose of vaccine are irritated to no end. No change whatsoever in policy despite circumstances and numbers. #2You will never hear about how many people have died because they were too scared to seek medical attention in time, too scared to do their cancer screening, to scared to take care of anything outside their home in the name of COVID. #3 No one is talking about the suicide rates, the child abuse rates, the depression and isolation that continue in the name of COVID or the landslide of profiteering enterprises that are making bank on this pandemic. They'd have it go on forever. Your store doesn't follow logical, normal protocol for hygienically keeping communicable germs in check but takes it to the level of hysterical germaphobe fear inflicting harassment! While our attendant was absolutely professional I observed an very elderly woman who stepped through the door and explained that she had difficulty breathing with a mask and how it went from there.
This purchase was attempted back in December but I left in utter disgust and business loss ensued because I tried to make due by running two business' off an old phone that could not keep a charge after repeated exchanges of batteries. Today happened because I could wait no longer but see nothing has changed in 120 days with store policy yet there has been tremendous change in what is happening locally with this pandemic.
