    Customer service was non-existent. The guy started out trying to correct me about what my device was , which he ws wrong, and then refused to help saying id have to purchase a second prepaid plan just to get a sim card to activate my service. He refused to contact customer support or anyone. The only way that guy was going to do anything for me was if i bought a plan from him. This was after i was given the run-around from customer support who said i could call their number and get my order changed to store delivery although i couldn't get any assistance because it only let me choose from a few selections on the menu because i didn't have a sim card or phone number to entrr in the system because i never got either only an order number. So im considering just cancelling my order and taking my business elsewhere. Because obviously a lowly prepaid customer isnt that important or worth trying to help since all my attempts to get some kind of assistance after that store visit were totally ignored on Facebook messenger and all calls to the customer support number being no help either.

    Waited over one hour, they helped 2 people that came in after me. We got up and left and the manager asked if we are leaving, I said yes and I told him why we where leaving and he just said ok

    The Bryant AT&T has been one of my favorite places to shop, until yesterday. He was the polar opposite of everyone else I have encountered at this store. Before yesterday, the 6 -7 times I have left this store helped, and usually having purchased a new AT&T service or equipment. Yesterday the store manager was only "helpful" in that he must have said "call customer service" a dozen times. I was wanting help and advice before I called to be sure I was asking for the right things. I have always been helped by staff at that store, and given great suggestions and advice. But this manager was clearly not wanting any part of that. In fact, he actually said, "I am done with you sir." Yes, that exact phrase. He said it loudly and several other customers heard it. I was stunned. I tried to ask what I did, and he just walked away from me. Clearly, I will not be going back to that store, and will tell everyone I know (twitter, facebook) about this terrible customer experience.

    I went to this store to see if I could add the military discount AT&T had advertised. I was told that I'd need a copy of my DD214. I have a digital version on my phone, but they wanted a paper copy. When I pointed out that the website listed a valid veteran's driver's license would work, I was told he didn't know why it listed that because they couldn't accept that in the store. I provided two other pieces of identification (one with a photo the other without) and was told that it still wasn't enough to add the discount. The associate never bothered to ask for help or ask a manager why the website said one thing and I was being told something else. In the end, I ended up leaving without said discount despite having identification that clearly labeled me as a veteran. Poor example of customer service.
