I've been a customer for over 10 years and the service is worse than ever.my father and I went to this store yesterday night around 4:30pm, Ken the Asian guy was the one served us at that time with bad attituded and impatient, give us a very difficulty time, first been telling the account does not match with my dad's ID name, we need to call to change the name, so I explain to him we been with at&t for long time, never had this problem before and we don't know why the name been changed to English one, and I called earlier before come to store use the Chinese name with no problem to find account, then he said willing to call to help, during the calling time I open the account information in my dad's old iPad try to let him know the billing information under my dad's Chinese name also , he got mad right away, start yelling to us saying if you don't need help go call on your own, I am not gonna help you anymore then throw my phone on the table, I was shocked at that moment, but I try to come down because I am here need help, later he give me some non-sense reason that they can not give me a new sim card even we use att service ??? also I been told the number from the sim card been disconnected since this year Feb, well we been use this unlimited plan $30 since first generation of the iPad , looks like I have all the problems by the time I walk into this store, seems like problems not been solve and more problems come out too. and keep try to telling me I need buy a new sim card from them if I want use it for my dad's new iPad, that just waste my time , so I decide to go back home call att again to telling them send a new sim card to us, after 3 mins communicated with them, they send conformation to us for new sim card without any questions. what I can say~~~ this store service used to be very nice , but I just don't know anymoreResponse from AT&TDecember 3, 2020Hi Jie.
