(37 Reviews)- July 22, 20201 out of 5I went to the store June 30th to get internet and att tv service, they couldn't install my internet service because my apartment was #6 and for some reason at&t wants to install it under apartment #f. The tech said that he needs to reschedule to fix this issue they called me a week later to reschedule, and I asked them if they had fixed the issue and he didn't know so it was the same problem, with the # issue. I went to store to return the tv box and manager Andrea and Jonathan said that they won't be able to take it back. I just waste my time since the beginning trying to get my internet installation.
I don't recommend getting tv until the internet is installed, with this tv service if you don't have internet, tv doesn't work. No matter what the managers offers wait for the internet installation FIRST!
In the store when manager wants to get a sale they are your best friends. But when issues happen and you go back to the store they don't even know you or remember you. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. They will tell you one thing and once you leave change the terms. I switched from T-Mobile so I could get a free Iphone and I now owe over $1000 because they sold me an expired promotion.
STAY AWAY from ATT - November 1, 20191 out of 5I bought a pair of headphones from this location. When I opened the box, they were broken. I had to work, covering California and Baja California wildfires on some extremely crazy, long shifts for the media company where I work. When I brought the headphones in, the manager Augusto first tried to claim that the headphones were supposed to be like that and the broken part would "just snap back in." So, I said, can you snap them in for me then? Then, he realized they were broken and accused me of breaking them. Then, he accused me of lying and "that if they had really been broken when I opened the box, I would have brought them in the next day." Then, when I told him this is not a great way to do business, he said "Well, AT&T has been in business since 1876 (or something like that), so I think they're doing pretty good." I spend about $500 a month with AT&T with all my teenagers phones, my WiFi, my other services, so CLEARLY I'm not trying to just lie my way into a free pair of headphones. Having worked in customer service for decades, this was the absolute worst, most snotty, most unfair treatment of a valuable customer I have ever experienced in my life and I want to make SURE you have this information before purchasing anything from this store. OPEN THE BOX AND CHECK IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE AT A MINIMUM. Because if you walk out of the store, not only will they not fix anything wrong with their product when you bought it, they will also try to make you feel like you are the one in the wrong for trying to fix the issue.

- May 4, 20191 out of 5The customer service here sucks. When you want print a receipt after making a payment at their kiosk, there is never any paper. You have to ask a service rep & have to wait if they are helping another customer. The service rep said they never know when the paper will be out & that I should always ask to have my receipt emailed to me instead. It would be nice if they can put a sign on the kiosk then warning customers that sometimes a receipt will not print. Andthe service reps can be so rude as well as being lazy.
