- December 17, 20201 out of 5BAD SERVICE. Please watch out with on your bill. I upgraded two phones and the African American male in the store told us that our phones needed to have insurance on our phone for 15 days. He told us to cancel before those days. I called online to cancel and they said that the store should not have done that. And now I am on the phone calling again to cancel because it was not done properly. He also added the next up add on my account which we never added. I have been charged 50 additional dollars because of being forced by that male associate.
Next, the manager prejudice as well. I called on Monday to ask if Iphone 12s were avaliable in their store and he confirmed. When I arrived (10 mins later) The associate told me that her manager said that they are sold out. I said okay no problem, frustrated, I went outside and started to place an order online and was willing to wait a couple weeks for it. I was able to order it to pick up at the store! they had it in stock! they lied to me and picked it from that store 30 mins LATER! When I called online to complain- they confirmed that these incidents happened.
Very frustrated and done with this store and please everyone check your bill!!
