    ALINA AND ZEKARIA ARE COMPLETE FRAUDSTERS - Added insurance without my approval at all, and then lied about it, indicating that it automatically comes with the phone and that I had to call customer service if I want to cancel.

    Bait and Switch - Was told $700 for trade-in after we showed it to the Rep and then purchased a model above, based on trade-in. Manager (Jose) then looked at the trade-in, before we wiped the data to confirm. After new phone was purchased, plan changed and old phone data was wiped - the Manager (Jose) tells us the trade in is "not $700, but $350'. The Rep and the Manager both looked at the phone - they know exactly what they were doing - Bait and Switch

    Issac was very rude to my wife and two children. We visited yesterday on April 30th to upgrade our iPhones and while I was next door at chipotle getting water for my kids my wife went in with our two small children. She was met by Issac who was very snarky and unfriendly with her, telling her that she should wait for me to come in before going forward with any discussion (My wife’s parents are in charge of the account, I don’t have any more power than she does, we’re on a family plan) which I find to be sexist and completely outdated/uncalled for. She mentioned that she only wanted to upgrade to the purple iPhone mini to which he rudely responded “if we *had* any I could do that” and at that point she was fed up with his attitude and demanded another associate. That’s where Rachael came in and thankfully provided excellent service and was very friendly/patient with us even though we have two small children. I don’t tolerate any type of misogyny or sexism especially from a sales rep. Might be time to have a talk with Isaac about equality and being patient with people if he’s gonna be in that position.

    I came in this location on Feb 26 around 7:15pm and spoke with Mr. Phil Gonzales. I was returning 4 phones. 2 of them were incorrectly sent to me. This situation caused a lot of extra steps but Mr Gonzales was professional and patient the whole time. I appreciate that it seemed he cares about there customer and he’s there for them. It’s seems like there is good leadership running that location. I just want to say thank you!

    Today 1/9/20 my husband & I visited the Creekside AT&T store to merge our phone plans & upgrade my phone & watch. We have tried to merge our plans together for awhile now. We have been to at&t stores, we have called AT&T numerous times, but it has been a very difficult process because each time we were told they could not do it due to my husband’s Los Angeles area code. My husband decided he was just going to change his phone number to one with a 916 area code. We got set up with Andrea M. & we told her about our issues in the past. She went ahead & tried to merge our plans with his current number just to make sure. Wouldn’t you know in a few short minutes she said it worked & she was able to merge our plans together. Now this makes me think all the times we have tried no one actually wanted to do it & just said that they were unable to. We were there over an hour & Andrea helped us with everything we needed. She was very personable. She asked us about our day, our jobs, our lives & seemed as though she genuinely cared about us & probably every customer she interacts with. I have never had such a positive experience at an AT&T store in my life. She took care of everything & made it all so easy for us. To me she set the standard of how every customer service employee should act & treat their customers. I hope corporate or whoever runs that location will see this & give her a raise! She completely deserves it :)
