    Customer service is very poor at this location. First they mix up my accountAnd then create a big problem and try to hide itAnd not inform me of the issue. I have to pull upMy account information to help themRectify the problem. I don’t work at AT&T but I was more informed than they were.

    I called their number 916-782-8383. here is the circular never ending pattern. called 6 times. each time the instructions ask the same questions, press the number 3, three times, then please wait, about 30 seconds later noise is heard tricking you into thinking you MIGHT GET HELP! then it rings for about 3 minutes and no on ever picks up the call. then a message tells you they aren't answering (NO KIDDING SHERLOCK!!!) then they tell you your call is being disconnected and call back another time. WHY??? I called back for 30 minutes. called 6 times. no answer. no way to leave a voice mail message (ISN'T THIS IRONIC-THEY ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF COMMUNICATION AND THEY DON'T COMMUNICATE!!!). So overall a horrible experience. I want to disconnect my home phone port to ATT cell phone. A bad review from a week ago for this store said they don't do this but the website says they have to according to the law. I don't want to waste a trip to the store. I have gone to this store for 15 years. It used to be great when they opened. The last 10 years its a waste or a two hour horrible experience.

    So today I wanted to port a number to my exciting line, this task is easily accomplished through your app, but I was near this store and though, well the professionals at the store can do it faster and better than I ever could. Needless to say I was mistaken. The representative wasn’t sure how to do it, so he asked for his manager’s help. Brad (the manager) wouldn’t approach the table I was seated at for about 15-20 min so this poor rep had to go back and forth to get more conflicting information each time he came back. Finally Brad decided to join us. In a rude tone he said that they are not allowed to port numbers on excising lines. I replied that it’s not what I was told when I signed up and that I can actually do it myself using the app. He questioned what I said so I showed him the app. He got irritated and defensive. Still not sure how do it it he told that poor employee to open a temporary account and port my number there. At this point I could no longer tolerate Brad’s lack of knowledge and customer service skills and left the store. How do you promote these incompetent, rude people to the position of a store manager?!

    They were very helpful and friendly. We ran into technical issues trying to remove a number and transfer our account but they were able to work around it.
