I signed up for ATT internet and was told I would get HBO MAX I tried for almost 3 years to get help I would be on the phone every time for 3 to 4 hours just to get hung up on after getting transferred 5 to 6 times to different people. Some one told me I could go to there Facility. There was a very patient young man named Nick I give him five stars I’d give him 10 if you had 10 up there, he’s the only person that’s been able to help me in almost 3 years. I now finally have HBO after almost 3 years. What a great young man. He’s smarter than the supervisor technician that hung up on me, because he just didn’t know what to do. Customer service has been great the last 12 months I've gone to this location for help with upgrades or just questions about my bill and services. However, when I tried to do an early upgrade today 10/29, I was given the worst excuse as to why I can't do it. I've been dealing with a canceled asurion claim the entire month, checking to see if it got cleared (no, nothing was wrong with the phone. Turns out it was a cord issue, not the charging port issue like I'd thought). It finally cleared, after I had spoken to several different associates and one manager (Michael I think is his name) in person over the last 3 weeks. So I go in today to finally do an early upgrade and of the 4 different associates who have looked over my device before starting the upgrade process, the person who helped me today said he couldn't do it because of 2 TINY cracks on the BACK of the phone that does not affect the screen or usage of the device. I wish I knew his name, but I didn't check his name tag, nor did he introduce himself when helping me. Once my contract with my current phone is up, I'll be switching providers because it's absurd that the entire time I've been asking about an early upgrade and having several different associates looking over the phone none of them mentioned inability to upgrade due to 2 small cracks on the back of the phone.Response from AT&TOctober 29, 2021Hi Anthony P. Was completely MISLEAD by a sales rep. Was promised a bundle back in Aug 2021. Come 10/2021, I find out that we never qualified for the bundle in the first place and we've been over paying. Called ATT and was told I never qualified for it. ATT says that they "may have been trying to make a sale." Ridiculous.Response from AT&TOctober 22, 2021Hello Jimmy C. Thank you for reaching out. Horrible customer service. I was charged for replacing my lifetime warranty screen save, which I have never been charged before. Everything else I was told I had to call.
