Unprofessional, rude, manager Dalina, Au. She started an argument with me, when I was on the phone with loyalty customer service people on line. Humiliated me by removing me from the store without any reason. Mr. Elias the manager please call me, I will tell you the whole story. - July 2, 2021

Dalina Au, the worst manager, and unprofessional. I strongly believe that, no customer should be subject to this kind of humiliation. Which caused me so much pain and distress. At&t is a world famous prestigious company with the good morals and ethics, which respects all ethnic minorities.
We have been AT&T customers for more than a decade (14 Years). we bought several phones from them. We never had any problems In the past.
Recently we bought a new cell phone from AT&T. We had some issues with the phone, so we went to exchange the phone. Dalina manager treated us in a very undignified manner , and started arguing with us, without checking the facts. Once she realized facts were on our side ( we were within our time limit for exchange) , she couldn't take it, so she started huffing and puffing, and humiliated us in a great lengths.
Luckily, online loyalty customer service people resolved our issue in a very professional and friendly manner, I really appreciate them. Please be aware of Dalina Au (the manager of at&t capital expressway, San Jose, California). If you wanted to be treated with dignity and respect , you better go to a different location. - July 1, 2021

The unprofessional, rude manager Dalina Au. Humiliated my parents and me. My dad is a nuclear safety scientist with triple masters and ph.d. My mom also worked for nuclear energy. Both have impeccable back ground. We are loyal customers for 14 years. When we went to exchange the phone Dalina Au, without checking the facts started arguing with us. I called loyalty customer support there and then, while I was on the phone with them, she yelled at me and kicked me out with the security gourd. My phone was on the speaker phone, the loyalty customer support did hear everything. My mom launched the complaint against Dalina Au, with the higher authorities. Watch out for rude manager Dalina Au, go to different store. - July 1, 2021

Extremely long and frustrating wait time. We checked in and started waiting outside due to the Covid restrictions on capacity and we have no problem with that. After waiting about 25-30 minutes an associate finally came out and said “oh I didn’t know it would take this long, do you mind if i help you outside?” Why don’t you offer to help us outside sooner!?! Are you ok with us waiting so long without a clue of when we will be served? Our transaction took about 5-10 minutes but we had to wait so long when it appears that we obviously could have been helped much faster. And it’s really frustrating to watch a customer constantly go to the door to relay information to someone outside. As we stood in line outside , some customer inside kept coming to the door to relay information to someone outside. Seems to me like maybe the other person should have been the one doing the transaction, and I’m sure this is a big part of why it took so long for us to be helped . The employee that helped us was nice enough. But overall it would be better if this place was more cognizant of how long people have been waiting and try to help them faster.Response from AT&TJanuary 20, 2021Hello John L We know that first impressions are very important.
