I had to pay 2 cell phone Companies because AT&T took 2 months to ship out a phone and because it takes 30 days to be able to add an authorized user we weren’t able to get her a SIM card in the meantime. They wouldn’t even let me have one sent out to my sisters address although I am the account holder. I got told several different inaccurate things from at&t which resulted in the 2 bills. My first bill was over $600, which I was not made aware of. I was tracking about $180 from what they told me at the store. - December 17, 2020

Other than having a 9:30 appointment and the store not opening until 10, the service was great! All the employees were friendly. Loved the Covid19 protection procedures. Mario was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions completely! :) - December 14, 2020

Horrible service, I was put on waiting list for what I was told to be only 20 minutes and it turned to be a an hour with my name no longer on the list. Then after entering the store after an hour no one was there to help but Alyssa which she was already helping a customer. She did an awesome job helping me and multi tasking with other customers unlike the three staff members to include the so called night manger. 15 years in customer service and always one doing all the work because of poor management as I witnessed tonight. - August 26, 2020
