We went to our 3:30 appointment at the AT&T (Victoria Ave) store. My husband’s iPhone would soon be obsolete. Our plan was for him to take my newer phone since he was familiar with how to use it and I would get a new iPhone. The phone data had to be downloaded from my current phone to my new phone and from my husband’s old phone to the phone he was taking over. After about an hour, we ran into some difficulties because of slow internet and could not download my husbands’ data. Steph, the tech assistant, suggested to try the download at home and gave me directions on the steps to follow and I was successfully able to download the data.
