    Zero. Please never go into this store location for an upgrade. My husband and I were two qualifying customers with two qualifying devices. Instead of the sales rep easily upgrading, he made a commission by adding two new numbers to our acct giving us 4 phone numbers for only having 2 phones. We qualified for $800 trade in on the S22 Ultra. He attached the trades onto the new fake numbers. Saying he had to do this or our bill would triple. Intimidation tactics. This has turned our life upside down. AT&T is unable to cancel the fake numbers for we would lose $1600 for our trades. Rep attached the IMEI numbers to the fake lines instead of our current lines of service. AT&T sends me back to this rep as the only way to correct the problem? It has now been 3 mths without resolution. It gets worse. Rep promotes that any friends or family qualify for the First Responders discount. They do not. We had a family member they said we could use. Upon obtaining their name they transferred our billing acct into that person's name making them the primary acct holder and us as authorized users. We have been AT&T acct holders for over 25 yrs. We didn't know this had happened until we received an email thanking this person for their recent upgrade. I have spoken to 20 AT&T reps and 4 Supervisors without resolution. This AT&T location is not currently under control of a supervisor and being run however they make the most money unethically and illegally. I was last advised to write a google review. And shame on AT&T becoming aware of our problem and not doing anything for us in customer service so far. Wrong doing was made to our acct by an employee and now AT&T can't correct because they don't have the authority? Buyer beware!

    I called Mark, manager of this Dayville, Ct AT&T store, this morning asking for assistance with transferring data from my old iPhone 6s to my new iPhone13. He was so accommodating and pleasant to deal with and offered if I came by the store, he would make sure that I had the help I needed to do this. A few hours later, I went to the store and Alex, an associate, was extremely helpful with the data transfer from the old phone to the new. He was pleasant, professional, and basically assisted me through the entire transfer. I am a retired AT&T director and always purchase at AT&T stores. However, now this Dayville, CT store has become my absolute favorite store for future purchases. Both Mark and Alex are exceptionally professional, supportive, and extremely affable. This is where to purchase AT&T phones if you want great customer service!!

    Manny was awesome. I had been calling technical support for assistance with the same problem for over a month, got frustrated and went in store. Although he didn't initially know how to fix the issue, he took the time and figured it out. Something the actual tech support team could never do. I think he was just as excited as me about fixing the problem. Thanks

    POOR SUPPORT REGARDING ISSUE OF A STORE EMPLOYEE DECPETIVE SALES TACTICS AND POOR SUPPORT FROM STORE MANAGER WHO WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME. CONTACTED BY JUSTING DISTRICT MANAGER TO RESOLVE THIS AND WAS TOLD HE WOULD FIX IT AND RESOLVE ISSUE- THIS WAS A LIE. NO FOLLOW UP BY JUSTIN WAS DONE. I'M FILING COMPLAINT AT SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE IN CT. I WILL NOT LET THIS GO!!

    This is my first negative review on Google ever but the warning needed to be said to save you time, stress and potentially money. Charges were added to my bill without being discussed. I had a good experience until I got home and found out that insurance and the next up plan were added to my bill without any discussion. This is a problem with carrier stores in general and I should have known better but what a waste of my time now I have to call ATT to get it taken off all because the manager is wanting to boost his commission. ATT needs to change their pay structure for this endemic problem to be solved. I cannot believe it was the manager as well ripping people off with a smile on his face. Very disappointed. I like to support local but not at the expense of being a victim of fraud.
