This is my first negative review on Google ever but the warning needed to be said to save you time, stress and potentially money. Charges were added to my bill without being discussed. I had a good experience until I got home and found out that insurance and the next up plan were added to my bill without any discussion. This is a problem with carrier stores in general and I should have known better but what a waste of my time now I have to call ATT to get it taken off all because the manager is wanting to boost his commission. ATT needs to change their pay structure for this endemic problem to be solved. I cannot believe it was the manager as well ripping people off with a smile on his face. Very disappointed. I like to support local but not at the expense of being a victim of fraud. - January 12, 2021

Communication and integrity are clearly lacking at this location. My partner and I went in to upgrade our phones, spent over 4 hours and $600+ doing so. I got a screen protector and a case, they said there is a buy 2 get 1 free deal on accessories. Awesome, I pick up a wireless charger too. The associate goes to apply my screen protector and completely messes it up. Wrinkles, bubbles, fingerprints in the adhesive. They go to put another one on, no more in stock. They tell me there is a better version but ill have to pay another $20, I told them I did not see why I had to pay for their error. They back down, put on the better screen protector and tell me to come back in 24hrs if it isnt completely adhered and they'll replace it. 30 hours later, screen protector is peeling up at the corner and has air bubbles so I return to the store.
We walk in, tell the associate whats going on. She says "Okay, I'll help you after I finish with this customer." 25 minutes later, she turns to us and says "I can't replace that, I already had to yesterday. You have to speak to the manager."
We go back again on our next day off. Speak to the manager, explain all the above info. Manager says he can't replace the screen protector again, but will give me a refund. Goes to process the refund, find out he can't because of the buy 2 get 1 deal. He said he would give my info to the regional manager and to expect a call.
Now I have an ineffective screen protector, am out $50, and no solution. Not to mention that there were over $60 in unknown charges to the account placed on the day we upgraded that then had to be reversed by AT&T corporate.
I highly suggest avoiding this business, and if you MUST use this location, make sure you only deal with the manager. The associates are not knowledgeable, and one in particular (Pam) was incredibly rude and condescending.

Called the store to.ask if they had iphone 11promax in stock was told yeah plenty! Show up next day to purchase said phone, nope, they do NOT have them in stock. Had to order which I could have done from home, had they taken seconds to actually check before answering! Wasted trip! Not happy! Will not use this store. - January 29, 2020

The only reason I am giving one star is because you have to chose a star. This should be zero stars. I ordered a phone online, chose the Killingly store as my pick up spot because it's the closest store to my house. I got there, realized I forgot my driver's license, but had a different state issued ID. It was a medical card from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. It was a valid picture ID issued by the STATE. They would not take the id. The pick up instructions are:
Things to remember when you pick up your order:
Bring a valid Drivers License, State Issued ID, or passport.
Brand-new account? Make sure the account holder picks up the order and has form of payment.
Transferring from another carrier? Bring that account number.
I had a state issued ID. I was discrimated against because it was a Medical Cannabis Patient ID. But it was a valid state issued picture ID. There is no instruction that says a medical card is not a valid form of ID.
I could not pick up my phone. Then the manager who was on shift at 11:20am on 1/29/20 decided to get even snarkier and tried to shame me for driving to the store without my license. Duh if you forgot you license, yeah you drove without a license.
I just wanted to make sure you know that not only did I cancel my new phone purchase, you are losing a customer over this. Yes, a customer with three lines that replaces her phones every 2 years. So Bye Bye At&T. - January 13, 2020
