I went in this store on 103rd getting a new phone and told them just the phone I don't want anything else and paid them for that and I thought everything was an easy process.... but now when I look into my account they have added multiple things that cost 100$ more than I should have been paying monthly so I don't recommend going to this one or they just need to rehire new people and get rid of the problem - December 29, 2021

The phone number for this location on yelp, Google, and on my receipt are all the same non-functional number. At this location in January 2021 I felt lied to and cheated. After explaining the nonfunctional phone number, the male manager and sales assistant used to belittling language toward me when I was the only customer in the store. When I tried to explain the problem with (adding a new phone number to my bill when they promised not to), I felt physically intimidated when asking about options to remedy. It’d be an improvement if this location treated people like customers and not marks. - February 6, 2021

I made an online appointment for service on 02/04/2021 it was booked at 6:00pm but I got to the store around 5:30pm. It was empty, just one employee (tattoos & short dreadlocks) and me. Even though he wasn't rude, he wasn't in the mood of working. I explained to him my situation and he said; "your tablet is not working" I put my phone sim-card in the tablet and obviously, it was working. As I told him, the problem was the sim-card. An old lady with a walker came inside the store. I request him to check my business account because 611 Rep. put some notes in my account. That lame employee said that they are not a corporate store so they didn't work with business accounts. He was sitting on his chair so comfortable, I knew he wasn't in the mood of working. I asked him to call 611 but then he said; "I have no access, sorry". Well, I said; I'm not leaving the store without calling 1st 611, so he addressed the old lady. She requested his cheapest LG phone and he said to her that his cheapest phone was $1,100.00 and monthly payment was $90.00 + tax. I turned around and told the lady to go Walmart, buy a cheap LG for $35.00 and then buy a prepaid plan with auto-pay and she will pay less than $40.00 per month. I called the store 3 or 4 times and left a voicemail once but nobody has returned my phone call. Even though this 103rd Store is less than 2 minutes away from my office, I had no other choice but to visit the one in Normandy Blvd. They have terrific personnel, Ivain, Lashaun and Derek (manager) they truly know how to run that store. Nice environment, respect and a TERRIFIC, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would like someone to go to the cameras and confirm what I've described. For others this could be not a big deal but for me, having a hard day at work, issues with my car, being stuck at the traffic jam because the closest store has a lazy employee... Well, that's something that I needed to report, not just for me but for the old lady with a walker that maybe didn't know how to use a computer. - December 31, 2020
