    As I am sure many can agree That finding great customer service now days is far and between... This is why I must take time today and write this review about Evan Hillman. He was amazing!! Getting new phones as everyone knows is a long process but he made it very enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable on the different types of phones and didn’t mind answering any questions we had. I felt appreciated and never felt rushed. We took about 2hrs of his time so it’s not like we were in and out. He also looked over our account and saw places we could save money on our bill. I feel like he went above and beyond his job to help us...We have been there on other occasions as well and always the people were pleasant to work with... I will definitely go to the store for any help instead of calling the 1800 number...

    The store manager, Robert, is in DESPERATE need of customer service training. I went in for a new phone and the salesman, James, convinced me to get Direct TV. Currently, I have Direct TV Now, but was interested in upgrading to receive more channels. I very specifically asked him if we would get NBC, because with Direct TV Now, we do not. James assured me that yes, we would have all local channels and I would be able to watch my NBC. When the tech arrived, he said I actually would not get NBC, along with some others, due to contract negotiations. Also, he said there would be a dish, which James had failed to mention and is a big deal to me because we have huge trees that do not work with a dish. I went to the store because I felt misled about everything. James was there, and admitted that he had misled me about not being able to get NBC. I asked to talk to the manager, Robert, because I just feel like you shouldn't treat customers that way just to make a sale. I didn't want anything in return, and it isn't even about the channel, I just wanted just to feel listened to. I understand that contract negotiations or whatever is can impact things, I just would like to receive that information upfront. Just be honest! Robert barely listened to me at all. He just kept saying that it was all hearsay and there was a miscommunication. I asked about a specific channel, which James admitted he knew was unavailable due to contract negotiations, there was no miscommunication. Robert tried to say he didn't realize they don't get that channel. The TV in the store was set to one of the channels they didn't get! He then admitted he knew they don't get the CW (which I wasn't even made aware of). If you are selling a product, you should know the details of that product and be up front about it. If you don't get certain channels at that particular time, just say so! If they hadn't misled me, or had at least owned up to it and apologized, I would have continued with the service. However, Robert could not admit that they did anything wrong and said he was sorry I felt that way, which is 100% not an apology of any wrong doing. I explained that his salesman admitted that he didn't give me all of the information and he just smiled at me. When I said they needed to just give customers accurate information, he responded with "I'm pretty sure you just did that" because the people in the store heard me. You do not treat people that way, especially when your employee admitted that they were misleading. I have never been treated so poorly by someone, especially someone who is a manager.

    Sat there for over an hour with my 2 year old and finally walked out without being helped. For over an hour I watched as the employees sat there 2 or 3 to one customers. As one employee was helping them the other was trying to sell them on everything under the sun. I watched while employees stood there gossiping & helping no one. I watched the manager hang posters for an hour never helping a single person. There were seven people waiting on the walk ins list while all this went on and even though I had been there over an hour there were people waiting even longer than me. The manager needs to be fired & I will never go to that store ever again. I’ve had nothing but issues with AT&T since I joined between customer service, messing up our bills, and general lack of connectivity.
