An associate by the name of Alex handle our situation and Manager CORY refused to come out and help staff member Alex. WE SAT THERE FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS AND JUST LEFT. When I had to call back to talk to a manager again about. Situation that was created by Alex on my account, the Assistant Manger EVAN said he would get with the store manager and call me back. Well EVAN never called me back and left for the day. Then an associate by the name of Bobby refused to let me talk to the manager when I called back and asked for the manager when Evan left for the day.and did not call me back. Said it was not the managers Job to handle phone calls and told me good luck when I said I would just come to the store. RUDE and uncaring to customers. I know have a problem where Alex activated my account on returned phones and now AT&T says I owe $319 on an account I never opened, nor kept the phones on ND I never made. Phone call on. I decided NOT to keep phones or go with AT&T due to poor customer service. Getting any help from this store is hopeles and AT&T Corporate is just as bad. No wonder the Staff at an AT&T store is run by poor management, because AT&T is a poor leader. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AT&T if you do not want no customer service on any level. - February 7, 2022

was solicited by an AT&T retailer at Sam''s Club and was promised a good deal. I then received incorrect phones after paying taxes and fees. I then called a 1-800 hundred number that I thought was the Corporate AT&T, but it was in fact another retailer of AT&T. They said I had to ship the incorrect phones back to AT&T and reorder correct phones at a cost of new taxes and fees and that I could return the incorrect phones back to AT&T. I then recived new phones and made an appointment with another AT&T Store that was a retailer and was told we could not return the incorrect phones back to them. I called another 1-800 number and was sent airbills to return the incorrect phones back for the return of my money on the taxes and fees paid on the incorrect phones. I then received the new set of phones and decided I would find a Corporate AT&T store to help me turn the new phones on and make sure everything was done correctly asnI had already had poor service already. Now mund you I also contacted the first person at Sam's club to fix the problem with the phone and that person said that they woumd correct the problem later that day when I recived incoorect phones and did not here back from them unt a week later. I told that person I had reordered other phones. When I went to the corporate AT&T Store to turn on my new phones at Epps Bridge Pkwy. in Athens, I made an appointment. I then spoke to a representative by the name of Alex who said that the new phones had new phone numbers assigned to them and I said I specifically asked for my old phone numbers and Alex said that I could not use the old phone numbers because they were put on the old phones that I had shipped back. He said he did not know how to fix the problem and would get the store manager. The manager CORY never came out to help after we were there for almost 2 hours. CCORY REFUSED to come out and help. We asked Alex if he thought we received good service and he said NO and we asked if he thought the manager did his job and he said NO and that he did not know why CORY would not come out and talk to us. I told Alex that we wanted to return the phone and he said he could not take the phones back. This is after he activated my phone service to try and fix the problem that the manager refused to help him with. I was standing there when I got and Email from AT&T saying thanks for activating my service. I asked Alex why he did that and he said he did that to try and fix my problem. I said I did not want any service or phones after the poor experience I received getting my phones I asked Alex to just give me an airbill to ship these phone back with and he did and we left AT&T and went across the street to VERIZON and eceived the best service like I've always received from them over the years. Recieved new phone with graet service. I will never make the mistake of trying to change service again. Anyway, I left the store and called AT &T Corpoate thisbtime and rriednto complain about that store YOU CANNOT. AT&T makes it impossible to do anything with them. I did however speak to someone in the loyalty department with AT&T and was td that I coukd in fact return my phones back to a corporate store and to call AT&T Corporate backnwhen I got to the store and ask fornthe Loyalty Dept and they wod soel to someone at the store and help with the process. After and hour or so at the Store again and Inwas getting help with people that did not know what to do, an assistant Manager Peggey, decided to come over and help after listening to the stuggles going on. She did manage tonreturn my phones andnreturn my monies back for texes and fees as AT&T Corporate said they could do. The people in this store refuse to help knowing that they could unt I went back making a scene basically to get help with AT&T Corporate on the phone. I thought the nightmare was over, but now I had to fight to get my monies back on the first set of phones I mailed back after numerous, numerous, numerous phone calls. A total nightmare. You get passed around on all phones calls made to AT&T. EVERYONE Is from other countries. I now have a $319.00 phone bill for services I never received in collection on phones I never opened and never ativated that were returned. I did finally get my monies back for the first set of phones as well, but then ended up with a phone bill. The people at AT&T Corporate said that someone activated my phones and I'm like I returned my phones, you gave me my money back and closed my account and now I have a bill for an account that I never used????? I've made at least 20 phone calls trying to fix this and called the store and I spoke to EVAN who is an assistant manager at the Epps Bridge Pkwy store and he said he would wait for the manager to come in a d help him and he would call me back. I later called the store to get an update and he had left for the day. I the spoke to a person named Bobby and I asked for the manager and Bobby asked me why and I explained that I had t - January 9, 2022
