What’s the point of becoming an authorized user if they just have to call the account holder anyways. And then they just hang up on the primary account holder just to come back and tell me they denied and canceled my order. Terrible customer service. I was charged full price for a phone but was told by employee Clenton that I would receive a $350 credit on my bill. However when I reviewed the receipt it showed my full payment but only a $110 credit. I called the store so someone could explain the discrepancy and had the unfortunate experience of talking to Chris. Chris mocked the fact that I didn't understand the bill, he told me I should be happy with the credit I received. When I asked for his full name and to speak to a manager he refused to give it to me and hung up. Take my advice and avoid this store like the plaque. - February 21, 2021

The customer service was so bad! I switched over from Verizon to AT&T and now I have buyers remorse. I needed help transferring my contacts but when I went down there they couldn't help me because the WiFi was down. I called the next day and the customer representative was so rude and continually interrupted me then hung up on me. I then went to the store and spoke to the customer service representative and he took my phone like he was going to help me but began arguing instead. He then handed my phone back to me so I could put my passcode in and when I gave it back to him he continued to argue with me until it timed out again. This happened several times until I demanded my phone back and asked for his name. He handed me a card and I left the store however I later discovered there was no name on the card he gave me. I then called the store AGAIN to speak with to request his name and he told me to "Google it." I asked him a couple more times but he just continued to repeat "Google it." I don't understand how the staff are allowed to work there when they are so rude, disrespectful and incompetent! - December 22, 2020

The store staff were not helpful in looking at our plan and seeing that our insurance would cover a replacement. Later Said it requires them to dig into the plan. Well, they should know how to do this. Instead they talked my daughter into trying to get her phone repaired. It was unable to be repaired so they sold her a replacement iPhone 12 for over $850. If they would have helped her appropriately, she could have gotten a new replacement for $168. Just interested in a sale. Not in good customer service. When my daughter returned, the sales person said "Oh, you are back." I am too busy helping someone else and then I am leaving. You will have to find someone else to help you." Just not friendly or helpful at all. I did call AT&T customer service line and they helped me after the sale as much as possible. I did call the store manager too, Edwin, and he understood why I was upset but too little too late for really saving me money and my daughter the headaches she went through. I have been an AT&T customer for 25 years and have really considered switching companies due to this and other bad experiences lately including some with my DirectTV service. I would not recommend this store as your authorized dealer. No wonder they are rated only a 3.3. - December 5, 2020

Walked in needing help getting my new AT&T phone to recognize me so I could update my debit card info. Described the problem. Man responded unintelligibly. I had my phone unlocked, re-stated the problem. He grabbed the phone, began exploring my apps. He went to my banking app and started pressing. He screwed up my log in info. I asked him "Do you know what my problem is?" he said "No..." but kept on messing around. He walked to another employee...this one spoke better English and updated my info. Driving later I discovered man #1 thoroughly screwed up my settings. He tossed my phone back to me like I was dirt.
