    If I could give a 0 I would. We went in to get a phone for my daughter because her phone was stolen. The girl keep trying to talk us into doing the bundle package. At the the time they were offering $150 gift card. We keep saying no. My husband finally said if you do $300 we will do it. She then called her manager and he agreed to do it so we switched everything over. We got the original $150 within 30 days. Never received the additional $150. I called several times and went in and they told me it just took more time. Well now I’m being told it’s past time and they can’t do anything about it. So obviously this was a lie from the girl to get us to bundle. Don’t buy from this store.

    well I called the number for customer service got the a person that kept saying he couldn't hear me so he hung up. called back not the same person got the run around and was told he would activate my phone which I had done last week by another person not at&t. conversation had nothing to do with the Snellville store I want everyone who has at&t to know how they treat handicap people.so much for the e mail I got saying please call we want to help and find out what went on in Snellville. oh thanks for the way you treat handicap but veterans to.

    would give a zero but they don't have one. both my wife and I are over 70 years and not in the best of health.my wife lost her phone on our farm and the insurance sent us a new one. we have purchased all our phones from at&t,over 40 years worth. took the replacement phone to the store in Snellville and was greated by a jerk. he as what we needed and we told him. he said they woul not set up the phone and pointed to a number ao the box we are no in the best of health and were turned away after he said he wouldn't help. my wife also ask about a watch and he said they had only had one in stock. I then ask about an 8s active and again I got a smart answer we are out of stock. how can a phone store be out when the stores around have them. rude a.. is the only way to describe him. have done business with this store since it started but that is changing. If you want help and are old or young don't go there. oh buy the way there were only two customers in the store. service sucks

    I came in for a SIM card, as instructed by the telephone representative. He said he would note the account so they wouldn't charge me for a SIM. (No big deal anyway) I go into the store and the lady helping me is RUDE right off the bat. I give her my name and account holder name and my ID. She says I must take it out of my wallet-sure no problem. She says your name on the account doesn't match. I say it's my maiden name. She says well do you have anything with that name on it. .I give her my credit card with my maiden name. She says well its misspelled on the account so she flat out wouldn't give me a SIM card. (It was missing a letter on the account) I try explaining that I always come into the store for service and it's never an issue, I have the passcode, etc etc. I say I come in and buy phones and now you wont even give me a free sim card. She says in a snotty way "it's not free" She is just flat out rude and says No. I leave. Angry, obviously. I call AT&T. The rep on the phone said there is no reason they shouldn't have given you a sim card. I fix my name on the account and go right back into the store and get the SIM-- FOR FREE!! Clearly the first lady was just rude and terrible with customer service. Disgusted by customer services reps like this.
