I recently switched to you guys on feb 16th, 2022 and had a great experience. You guys told me to come in and drop off my phone anytime after i received it within the 30 days and drop it off and i would be good to go. I go today feb 26th, 2022 and you guys were busy and I have a return so I just need to drop off the phone. The guy tells me “we still have to process the return so I have to put you in the system.” I say “ okay” he puts me in the system and I’m 6th in line. The manager forgot to put someone in the system and makes it seems like it’s there fault and rolls his eyes. Fast forward 50 mins. I am approaching about to be up in line and a group of people walk in and the manager is helping someone check out an Apple Watch. After he gets done he tells a couple to come up to the desk to put there phone number down and wait in line but the guys asks him a questions and the manager proceeds to start helping him without worrying about anyone else and forgot completely about the line and then tells someone else that is working with a guest to process my order and the guys turns to him and goes I’m working with someone. Then the manager turns to me and goes “you just have to return a iPhone.” And i go yes probably with an attitude and he looks at me and proceeds to help me with the couple that he let cut in line right next to me. And I don’t like to write reviews that are bad because I am an hourly manager at a restaurant at 18 and I know how difficult it can be. But treat other how you would like to be treated. and if you have someone with an Appointment, or that was waiting there for 45 mins to return a phone (not buy a new one or anything like that!) don’t just skip them and act like they are an inconvenience or a burden to deal with. - August 7, 2021

Extremely slow service; customers have to remind reps that several people are waiting in line before any service is given. Customers complained that the in-store machine that is supposed to accept bill payments has not worked for several months.
Customers did not know I was an AT&T retiree and told me they were fed up with this store and would be switching carriers. Nikki, store manager, was ABSOLUTELY wonderful! I went in with a complex problem, caused by an AT&T phone agent, regarding our home phone. At first I was told this was a cell phone store but, after explaining my intense frustration & the time I had invested in trying to resolve the issue via chat & phone calls, Nikki agreed to handle the problem for me. In 2 hours, she was able to get the process farther along than I had in 24 real hours! On a scale of 1-10, she deserves at least 1000! I went in angry & left happy.
