    Poor customer service have been in to the stor twice now wanted to replace two phones and one I pad. Was told I would need to wait after 45 minutes was told at least another 30 minutes Dillon the manager walked around doing NOTHING. Only two employees on duty. Second time in was told they WOULD not help me unless I made an appointment for some other day. This place is the Worst customer service and help I have ever experienced. Do your self a favor and go anywhere but here. The frustration you will save yourself will add years to your life.

    I had recently upgraded 2 of my phones, and needed to trade in my old phones. I was told at the store that I wasn't able to return them at the store, I needed to wait until I received a box/envelope to mail it back. I received 1 box, and have been waiting on the other box for a little over a month. I had been on the ATT online chat on 2 different occasions, the first time I was told it would be delivered the next day (it never came), the second occasion I was told to go to your store and return it. I went in today to return my phone, and although everything worked out in the end, I was made to feel as though I was the one at fault because I waited so long to return my phone. I was told by the lady that assisted me (Alecia) that I only had 30 days to return this phone. I told her that I had received an email that stated they had extended that to 45 days. I would have returned my phone the day I picked up the new one if you guys would have let me. I just don't feel I was treated like a valued guest, just someone that had waited way to long to return my phone. It's not like I haven't tried on 2 previous occasions to figure out why I hadn't received my return package. I would have appreciated a little understanding instead of assuming I was lying the whole time. You are more than welcome to check my 2 previous conversations with the ATT online chat to verify. Not impressed.

    Matt, your customer service/sales people ARE NOT about Customer Service. I know your responses on this are all the same, but Cmon man they gotta do better. It’s not always about the money, if you want us back at least show some customer. Leaving with my 5 lines to Verizon, at least we will get faster speed in town and service in rural areas. What the H has happened to ATT?

    Poor customer service. Got a new IPhone 12 Pro and it was slow, lagging and touch screen didn’t work. I reset and it, then became bad again. Went back to store 2 days after I got the phone and they wouldn’t exchange unless I paid 55 dollar restocking fee. That place reminds me of a car lot. Mysterious Manager in the back that says no we have to charge you (according to sales person)

    Honestly I go to this store solely based on I feel like they have the most knowledge and know what they are doing for the most part but when it comes to customer service...the managers are the worst! Never in my life have I written a bad review on someone but I’m so displeased by how they talked to me as well as one of the supervisors I’m assuming literally as I’m trying to switch my personal to a business account was talking to me in such a condescending manner I was insulted. Then the questions he would ask me. Or things he would say I felt like he kept trying to talk me out of getting a business account. Let’s just say he had my anxiety very high and I had to try really hard to keep my composure. This probably topped it off, because last night I called about 7:15 and asked a couple questions I also needed to pay my bill with cash btw and my passcode doesn’t work on the kiosk, anyway lance, who I know is the manager turned me away basically like basically told me I couldn’t come in because they had 5 ppl there now and basically didn’t want to have to stay past 8! The funny thing is I went to Costco and the guy working the cellular shop there his name is jake I was telling him about what happened on the phone with the guy at atnt mind you “Jake” was sooo willing to stay past to take care of all my questions that he could and didn’t make me feel like I wasn’t important just because I wasn’t buying a phone or accessories. Little did I know jake used to work at that atnt. He should have stayed manager there...just saying. I know customer service and idc how late it is if you come in before closing time I’m going to take care of you. Point blank period!:...on a positive note “Travis” was great he wasn’t rude, didn’t talk to me in a condescending manner. Answered all my questions the best he could. If it wasn’t for lance and the other guy I’d give a 4 or 5
