    This place is unbelievable my Husband has been in there over half an hour waiting for someone to help him I get the fact people that have appointments go first but you really should have a person or 2 set aside for walk ins to be fair If it were up to me I would give this place minus 4 stars I have seen people wait behind my husband and get helped first NOT HAPPY

    Worst experience ever with AT&T. A salesman named Matt was fraudulent in the plan he sold. I told him I only wanted & needed our two phones upgraded. We do not want 4 lines we have a 2 person household. He did it anyway. Our installment plans were put under these bogus lines that he never gave the SIM cards for anyway. Every time the Loyalty Department tries to deactivate those two lines on my plan it will not let them because the installments for our phones are under these bogus numbers. I have been fighting this for a year. Have went into the store on 3 separate occasions last spring. Also called at least 5 different times and Nick would never take my call or return my call. I am now at the Corporate Level of Formal Complaint because I have called the Loyalty Dept. nearly every month to get this resolved & it has yet to be completely resolved because they keep saying they have to hold the store responsible. The store will not help you & Matt was not honest. Very disappointed & will never go back. Come April we will no longer support AT&T.

    The kid manager lacks customer service focus. I needed an old phone bill, and he could only go back 6 months, and that's all the further back it goes according to him。I told him a customers bills can go back to the beginning of time and to call and ask his supervisor how to get me in touch with the right department, and the little smart aleck responded with "I've worked for AT&T for 3 year, how long have you?"
    When I asked him for a business card he honestly said he didn't have any because he didn't have brain IN FRONT OF HIS STAFF TOO!!!

    I went home and looked on the AT&T site and found this on the AT&T

    "For older bills:Call us at 800.331.0500 1 free copy of an older bill every calendar year."

    Got great help from Brad! He answered my husband's numerous questions about upgrading a very old phone and got mine upgraded as well. We had lots of questions and took quite a bit of time but he was patient and very helpful. It was probably the least painful upgrade experience I’ve had over the years!

    We were quoted a price,Went back in when the bill arrived and it was over $100 more they said don’t worry about it it’s just prorated it’ll go to 154.34 quoted..OKSkip to the next month I talk to a rep from AT&T and they said no actually your bill is 200 base so I think fine he set up an appointment at the retail store Jared says that the military discount hasn’t been applied but that they won’t honor their written quote and that it means nothing to them even though the customer service rep from AT&T said in front of my whole family that they would honor the price I was given stay out! Seriously they are awful and disrespectful I thought it was pretty weird during the whole interaction that neither my dad or I the account holder signed anything well it’s because they just quote you whatever with impunity

    Hello Erin, I apologize for the issue listed above. We are able to provide the discount on the plan but it can take up to a few bill cycles to show on the account. Also there are a few stipulations with the account such as it being on a new unlimited plan for the 25% off to take effect. If you still are having issues I would advise you to come into the store so we can apply the discount, all that is needed is proof of eligibility. Hopefully this addresses you concern.
