    I was finally treated like a valued customer at AT&T after 6 horrible experiences there. Thanks to Salvador who helped me with an issue I was having using the phone feature on my phone. He patiently showed me what I was doing wrong when answering. Then updated my phone so it would function better.

    Previous to this I was treated like it was a bother to give me information or help me get adjusted to my new phone just because I'm a senior and moving from an old flip phone to a new smart phone. It was a big decision and a big technology step for me using a touch phone. I ended up going to the library to get the help I needed. I guess if I had been buying a $800 phone instead of a $180 phone I might have been worth the effort.

    AT&T you had better teach your sales folks about customer service or you won't have any customers TO service. I know about teaching customer service because creating customer service training is my business.

    Horrible experience with Orlando. I asked to add a line to my plan and said I would get a device elsewhere. Orlando told me to go somewhere else and have them help me then. I asked to speak to the manager, he said was not in that day. He lied, I call Joe the mgr and he was on his way.

    Apparently they work on commission and it is a shark tank. Do you want RESPECT? HONESTY? A GREAT DEAL?????>>>>> Go to BEST BUY! They have the same deals and some extras too. I bought a 12 mini for $300 less than at the AT&T store.

    Worked with a team member from here to get AT&T Fiber and move over my existing wireless. I was promised a free device and a lower monthly fee than with Verizon. However, I'm currently paying far more monthly (including monthly installments for the supposedly "free" phone). Regretting switching from Verizon, where my service was great and I never had issues like this.

    Additionally, it's been multiple weeks and several hours on call with support and I can't even view my account or bill for wireless. Something about "conflicting services" when I try to merge my bill. Now that they have my money, I get radio silence from the sales representative who was so eager to help when closing the deal.

    Feels like they are all about commissions and couldn't care less about your experience. Think twice before switching over if you have a choice.

    para toda la comunidad que habla español, los invito a que cuando visiten esa tienda, tengan mucho cuidado con el asesor BRIAN ESPERANZA. ya que desafortunadamente INCLUYE cargos sin tu consentimiento, y agrega servicios que aun diciendole que no los quieres, te los activa dándote cuenta de estos cargos cuando llega tu factura. la verdad esa fue mi experiencia con esa tienda y no recomiendo visitarla. ////////////////////////////////////////.when you visit that store and if u are planning to get a new phone be very careful with BRIAN ESPERANZA consultant. Because he unfortunately INCLUDES charges without your consent, and adds services that even by telling you that you don't want them, you activate them by realizing these charges when your bill arrives. that was my experience with that store and I do not recommend visiting it.
