Horrible customer service every time I go in the store the female never helps and just stands there. She than sends the guy out to help. Worst experience ever I do not recommend this sure. Terrible service. I believe the young man's name was Alex. I went in there be fuddled and confused and irritated Trying to transfer to a new phone and he actually syud if I want to continue on with my attitude I could leave. I normally hate going to the phone store because it takes forever and my problems are never solved. Not today!!! The manager Brandon and Jaidah were amazing. I was on a tight schedule and they made it work. We purchased my son a new phone and checked my bill for discounts. They were both so friendly. Even another employee was friendly and chatted with me. Went on 2/23/21--Horrible experience--no help at all. Didn't show me anything about my new phone. Having an issue with figuring out somethings, was told he was only a salesman. Refused to help. Yawned the whole time I was sitting there--will never go back. Tried to sell me ATT tv plan--if customer service is this bad would not want them to be my tv and internet provider. Called again on 2/24 for help--was told no, they don't do that. Didn't even get a receipt for my purchase--their printer doesn't work.
